Best customer service I’ve ever had at an auto shop. Tony always fits you in around your schedule and is very friendly and goes above and beyond to help. Look no further than Tony’s for the best auto shop service in Massachusetts

No complaints. They (Steve and Tony) really do communicate with you about what you need and what you DON’T need. Honest and quick service at a reasonable price. I love that they are a full service shop. They are truly knowledgeable about cars and provide the bets service. They communicate effectively. I love that I got windshield wipers (as every time I went to the store they were out). The simple things.

I took my son’s older trailblazer in to have oil changed & have them look over car before a summer trip. They changed oil, filled all the fluids, checked everything out, found a part still under warrantee that was broken & replaced that for me. Could have charged me a lot more but no pressure to do anything that could wait. I got feeling that they valued their reputation over making a quick buck. Take your car to Tony’s these guys are stand up! Most honest mechanics I have dealt with in my life.

Terrific reliable service. Went through my Tahoe and told me straight up, what was good and bad. Definitely recommended highly.

Called Friday morning to get my breaks checked and ended up with a new pair of breaks and rotors before noon. New breaks were long overdue ! Great service and at a reasonable price. I even got a referral for a dentist! Thank you!

You will not be sorry taking your vehicle here. I’ve had several repairs made on my vehicle here, all of which were thoroughly explained and priced very well. Most the time his labor comes in less than quoted for! It’s hard to find a mechanic with his skill at his price point. Very good communication and seems to really care for his customers. Unlike most places I feel my business is valued here. I now have referred others to use tony and they too couldn’t be happier. Getting your vehicle fixed has never been this painless!

If you want your car properly maintained for a fair price, then this is the place you want to go. And by «a fair price,» I mean inexpensive. I guess technically «fair» would mean that it is good for me and good for the shop, but I don’t think they made a lot of money working on my car, judging by the price. At least it was fair to me, and that’s the important part.
You know what’s cool about this place? There is a guy named Tony who is actually there. Try that at Jiffy Lube. There is nobody there named Jiffy. I asked. And I wouldn’t suggest walking in there and asking for Mr. Lube. I’m pretty sure «Mr. Lube» is in a different kind of business.
Anyway, Tony runs the place with his brother, Steve. These are all around good guys. They may look like they will ride up in a motorcycle gang and challenge you to a fist fight that you will definitely lose, but as it turns out they don’t do that. They just fix your car. I was pretty relieved.
The honesty and integrity they have is pretty impressive. They are more likely to educate you about what’s going on in your car and explain the best and most cost-​effective solution than you will get at a lot of other places. I think sometimes people can associate auto mechanic shops with legalized thievery due to the exorbitant charges. You know what I’m talking about. Sometimes other places will charge you for made-​up things, like refilling your headlight fluid, or replacing a faulty kinibbler pin. At Tony’s Automotive, they give you the straight deal. They even hooked me up with a new flux capacitor because I guess my old one was getting worn out.
I’m just kidding about the flux capacitor, by the way.
If you want your car properly maintained so that it doesn’t break in the first place, this is the right place to go. They know all the little things you can do to help your vehicle run better and longer. I am really impressed with how thorough they are.
If you’re at all curious about prison rape, just try taking your car to one of the big auto repair companies or a dealership. I’m pretty sure it’s a similar sensation.
If, on the other hand, that doesn’t interest you, then just go to Tony’s Automotive in South Grafton. If you don’t live near South Grafton, then you should move there.

Great service!!! My boyfriend was in desperate need of an oil change, we showed up at 11:55am on a Saturday, was told they closed at noon but they did the oil change for him anyways. Very convenient location for us and very reasonable prices… we just moved to the area and were nervous about finding a new mechanic but I think we found one!

Great experience! Went to see Tony after my neighbor recommended him. Hadn’t been living in Grafton long so I didn’t know which local shop to go to when I had an auto emergency. Tony identified the issue and got the car back up a running for a very fair price. When I went to pick the car up, Tony opened the hood and walked me through exactly what he had to do for the repair. This will be my go to shop.
