4PCtechsis the most honest, straightforward set of guys that fix computers I have ever met. Previously, I taken my computer somewhere else that charged me $ 600 and basically did nothing. Every single time I go here Victor or Reuben or any of their reliable customer friendly team helps me out. I am not a tech person, and they have saved me more times than I can count. They don’t just fix computers either. They have fixed my printer, my CD player, and a couple other gadgets I have. I would not do business with anyone else. This is the first time that I’ve met tech people that can look you in the eyes, explain things to you in a language you can understand, and take care of business. I have referred all of my friends and family to them as well. Everyone that goes there feels the same way. I always have people calling me and thanking me for referring them to 4pctechs. Go here, you won’t regret it.

This is my go to tech shop! I’ve been there multiple times, all with different issues. And the experiences are as follows:
The first time I went in was for my roommate who’s computer was not turning on. They took the machine and did a diagnosis free of charge. I don’t remember the exact parts or issue but it was something along the lines of where part of the motherboard was melted and they had to replace it or refloor it? Sorry for the lack of knowledge. Anyway, they had their guarantee that if the repair did not work, there would be no charge. This was something that I found very professional. My roommate ended up selling her laptop to them, and they even offered to pull all of her data for free!
The second time that I went, was for yet another roommate that had an older computer. Her initial goal was to just pull the data off since the computer was not functional. However, they provided the price to get it fixed and since it was so competitive, we decided to get it fixed! Yet another positive experience.
The third and final time that I have been there was very helpful. My girlfriend’s computer was having intermittent sound as well as the trackpad not responding some of the time. They took the computer for a couple of days so they could check it and run some tests. They played videos throughout the day as well as checked the trackpad. They could not replicate the issue so they took the entire computer apart to check all the connections. And all this was for free! Anyway, they could not find the issue and put the computer back together and gave it back to me without requesting any payment.
They are very professional and experienced. The owners (I think) are Ruben and Victor. You also get a discount for being a student! I HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone in need of computer repair service!

Vic (the owner) is an honest guy. I’ve taken my electronics along with my family’s and he has always done a good job and charged a fair price; he’ll even turn down business if it is not worth the consumers expense. I recommend 4 PC Techs!

Brought my Vintage Sanusi receiver here, Victor pretty much took me for a ride (9 months)… In the end he was unable to fix the receiver, as a matter of fact his tech made it worse now it is in protection mode.

I’ve known Victor for a long time. I have received nothing but professional care for my electronics from his shop. Always a quick turn around at a very fair price. Plus just an all around nice & honest guy!!! No! I am not his Mother — -

Went to this place two years ago when it was called salco. Paid to have windows operating system updated on my PC laptop. After a week, received prompt that operating system was counterfeit. Called them and they apologized and asked for me to bring laptop in and they would take care of it. After two months, received prompt again that operating system was counterfeit. Would not help me since I was past the guarantee timeframe.
Cut to today. Shop has different name. I walked in thinking it was different store. I needed upgrade to OS on my MacBook Pro. Same proprietor, different tech. Spoke with the tech about what I was looking to do. Without hesitation or looking at my computer, tech told me ‘$ 200 to upgrade ur os. $ 400 if u take it to Apple’. I couldn’t believe my ears. I asked to confirm the price and the tech looked at me and said ‘$ 200′. I told him that I was quoted a price that was $ 150 less at three other repair shops, to which he replied ‘that’s too little’.
Please watch yourself with this shop. There are many other places around that will take much better care of you. Not very honest.

I was very happy with the service and speed of the repair! I definetly would return and am even considering purchasing a computer through them. As well as taking my printer in for repair. I bought a Unilocal coupon which helped the cost and there were no issues about claiming the coupon.

I took my computer here to swap out my power supply and get rid of a persistent virus. Rooben, who took care of the work, was friendly, polite and professional. He was also quick and I haven’t had any problems with my computer for over 3 years.

I am very satisfied with service at 4PCTechs. My laptop problem was quickly identified and fixed in the same day!
These guys are very honest and very knowledgeable and they do quality work.

This place is great! After only one visit i am a very loyal customer. They do absolutely everything there. From Tv’s to computers they know what they are doing. Just an example of how fast, efficient, and cost friendly they are. I recently had to fix my itouch screen. I went to apple and they refused to help me unless i payed 30 bucks a month for apple care then i had to pay for any repairs that they had to make. So the final price would have been 200 dollars to fix a screen. I went there and there was a man named Sean, he immediatly told me what was wrong and ordered the part. He told me he would sell me the part for 15 dollars and fix it for 20 dollars. Since he had the part in hand he did it on the spot! The owner there is also very helpful. He took the virus off my computer and put protection on it only for 95 bucks! If you buy only the protection software it is worth 60 bucks and then 100 for best buy to get rid of the virus.
BOTTOM LINE: This place is great, i would reccomend them to anybody who needs any type of electronic services.

When my flat screen TV blinked off, I didn’t know where to turn. Salco took it in, gave me a free estimate, and had it fixed within a day — all at a fair price.
Both the owner and the staff were pleasant, helpful, and honest. I can’t say enough good things about how I was treated at this place.
