The hookah was really good, I personally I love the ice tips, that is something I would definitely recommend ! It’s a chill spot to just go and kick it at and smoke hookah, it’s not ratchet like some other hookah lounges I know. Check it out

I’ve been here maybe 4 times and the 1st 3 times were, okay. Hookah is good. My only problem was the service sucked. I mean, every time I needed a refill it would take 15−20mins. I would understand if the place was crowded, but the times I’ve been it never was. Also, they would take forever to change the coal. Finally the last straw was when my boyfriend & I went on a Sunday night (10pm) and waited 25mins to be attended. I saw the owner walk by and not say anything. Literally there was 4 other groups ! You can not miss us. Anyways, we just walked out and went to other location. I’ll never be coming back. Ridiculous.

Raffi is the guy who runs the place most of the time and he’s a easy-​going/​funny/​laid back kinda guy, but knows his hookah. Can’t say the same for the other employees’ knowledge about hookah, but they help with whatever you may need. No problems getting attention and help if the hookah needed maintenance (fresh coals, ice tips, etc.), or just to order drinks/​snacks. I’ve seen tables order in food, such as pizza, so they can kick back with some food over hookah. One of the better hookah lounges I’ve been to in this area.
Also a backup spot to buy charcoal for your hookah at home during late-​night hours when other shops have already closed.

I’ve been coming to this place for awhile now. I really love this place because they know what they are doing with the hookah, and its the only place that has FML mint. The hookah here doesn’t get harsh. While your smoking you can chill and watch movies. I’m going to keep coming here for a long time.

Funny this place is called 5 stars because they really deserve 0 stars! They have the WORST consumer service i have EVER experienced. They sold me 2 defective products that they guaranteed were great quality. Nice joke! I went back to exhannge it but instead I was blamed for purchasing a defective product. They were extremely RUDE and unprofessional. I would never suggest anyone to buy anything from here! Stay away and save your money and time!

I don’t smoke but my friends like hookah once in a while and I like any place that has a great environment. We stopped by here and it was a great experience because it’s very mellow and everyone is having a great time so it makes it even better.

Chill spot and pricing.
They didn’t burn the coals all the way, so the Hookah was ridiculously harsh. The guy came by when I asked him to fix it and no difference. Asked him twice, after the second I decided to just leave because it became ridiculous.

I love going to 5star. The hookah here can’t be compared to the mediocre and below standard hookah that is offered at other places *cough cough* (Oceans). The owner has a new special going on everyday so every time my friends and I walk in we know that theres a special going on. Even on top of that raffi (the owner) gives us a discount here and there for being regular customers. He shows appreciation to his customers the same way his customers show appreciations to him. Anyway, the hookah here is fairly prices compared to other places and you can even get a glass hookah for 25 bucks! Which is unheard of if you’ve been to the other hookah lounges around the valley. I highly recommend this place.

Horrible service! I love the hookah – but man how can you be so Inattentive with only two tables to serve? I constantly had to walk to my server & remind her of our order or our check. She was in lala land. Not coming back.

I come here enough with my friends so I feel a review is in order. This is a very low key hookah bar, which is why I like it. It’s rarely super crowded and it’s a gigantic space as well. They don’t offer food but they do have a small selection of drinks. Pricing is decent and their hookahs last a pretty long time. The servers are helpful and adjust your hookah to make sure it’s flavorful and not harsh. Decent service, decent prices, decent space and a relaxed, calm atmosphere = happy me.

My friend was a hookah virgin and we took care of that. Ordered a single flavor and it lasted the entire time we were there. The hookahs were clean and well kept. The guy serving us knew how to prep it so it was a nice light feeling, not harsh like other places.
They have TVs and music playing with nice comfortable couches across the room. For me, seating is half of the enjoyment because if they are uncomfortable, it ruins the evening. 5-​Star has good seating that isn’t run-​down or nasty. Plenty of street parking at night when the other business close for the evening. I’ll go back when I’m in the area!

5 Star Hookah Lounge is Amazing. I come here all the Time. They have By Far the Best hookahs in the California. They Have all the Flavors that you can ask for and there Prices are Great. You can’t beat it. There Serice Deserves a 5 Star all on its own. The owner is always there and they are expanding as well. They have lots of TV’s you can watch all the games as well as any channel that you Request.
I have traveled to a lot of Hookah bars across the USA and no one Compares to

So many options. They serve Fumari and Tangers Hookah as well as Starbuzz and a few other but they have every Flavor for every Brand which no one offers anywhere.
