The facility is fantastic. Super clean, comfortable and easy parking. Rusty, who runs the company, is lovely. Always accommodating and very easy to be around. I drive from La to Chatsworth, she’s that good! Definitely recommend

Been here a few times and even sent my hubby for some flushing. It is the traditional water one so she will do everything. Its a small room in the back. I prefer this to the new tech one.

I absolutely love Rusty and how incredibly comfortable she makes me feel during my weekly colonic sessions. I look forward to my sessions and always feel energized, light, healthy, and in a great mood. I have tried different places for colonies and she is by far the best! Thank you so much Rusty!

…If you’re even slightly considering a colonic, read on! At first I was apprehensive about the entire thing, (well, for obvious reasons) but Rusty at Introspective Health is amazing! It’s a very clean and comfortable atmosphere. She is very welcoming and makes the entire process very pleasant, and most importantly so effective! She offers clean gowns, a comfortable and quiet room, is very careful in all her techniques, repeatedly asks if I’m ok/​comfortable, keeps me aware of what’s happening (filling, going, going lol important to me because I like to know what’s happening) she offers suggestions and tips for all my issues or concerns, is ultra knowledgeable and has often sent me home with samples of supplements she thinks might help me. Overall a very effective and pleasant experience, I very often recommend Rusty to all my clients and friends. I now even have my boyfriend going to her and finding the entire experience very helpful. All of my clients who have seen her, thank me… You will too!

I am so thankful for people like Rusty. I came in feeling awful, and left 1 hour later feeling like an entirely new person. Not only was her service very thorough and professional, she’s a cool person too! Her demeanor is very casual, sweet and honest. I felt comfortable with her almost immediately. Where to begin… I started to see Rusty about a year ago. Not only was she one of the nicest people I’ve ever met she was down to earth and provided a wonderful professional service. About 3 months ago she started to get lazy. She would be texting on her phone she would be just in her own little world. , I would have to remind her please massage me harder etc. I would also have to remind her to pull the tube out fast each time… Which made me feel like she wasn’t paying attention to my needs while I had spent a considerable amount of money getting her service! up until recently Rusty was professional and great then she upped her prices and bought a small dog which not only nearly attacked me but completely smelled the waiting room of dog feces the couch was covered in dog hair and dog germs ! now it’s one thing to up your prices when it’s warranted but when you and half ass (pun intended) the clients service while bringing a barking smelly aggressive dog in just can’t be right or legal? I did try to make a complaint to the health department but I haven’t had any luck save your money go to Wellness Within in Woodland Hills…

Got my first colonic today! Rusty is great; my mom has recommended her for the past year and a half since she first visited. I highly recommend colon hydrotherapy to everyone and I would also highly recommend Rusty. Very clean and welcoming environment.

Way over due, pipes needed a flush… lol. I think I lost 5 pounds, no joke! Rusty was awesome, as always, a beacon of light! Her services and prices are great and the remodel is beautiful! I have gone to Rusty for years now. She is very friendly and effective, does not just watch the clock, and makes the colonic experience a very pleasant experience. We need more people in the world like her.

I was very nervous to get a colonic since this was my first time. My mom and best friend referred me to Rusty and I’m glad they did.
Rusty makes you feel very comfortable and at ease. Since this is such a private experience I was worried that it might be painful or awkward. Rusty walks you through the whole process and explains what she’s doing each step of the way.
As the other reviewers stated Rusty had great qualities and makes it an enjoyable experience.

I would give Rusty 100 stars if I could! You need to go see her if you haven’t already! Not only is she the most down to earth, kind hearted and genuine person ever; but she makes you feel totally comfortable! If it wasn’t for her I would constantly be in pain and suffering from stomach problems. I feel bad because half of the time I call her last minute for an appointment, but she’s ALWAYS willing to take me! YOU WILL LOVE HER — SHE’S WORTH EVERY SINGLE PENNY! Plus it’s always nice when you get home afterwards, step on the scale, and realize that somehow you lost like 5 pounds! Amazing! Thank you, Rusty. You’re the best!

After reading other reviewers’ posts I decided to trust Rusty to take care of me for my first colonic experience and I’m glad I did.
I see many good qualities in Rusty. She is helpful, friendly, sincere and comes off as having really good energy. She really helped me to feel comfortable and to minimize any discomfort that I had. I honestly never thought I would be meeting such a sweet person when I made the decision to get colonic therapy.
Also, I have always easily found parking just feet from her door. There are a couple of cross streets that are close by but I’ve never had to park on them. I’m not sure why the other reviewer posted that it was hard to park when there has always been ample street parking the times that I’ve gone.
Overall, I am extremely impressed with Rusty’s efficiency and personality, and I look forward to seeing her again in a couple of weeks!

Went today to see Rusty. I have not had a colonic for about a year. I used to go to a place in Tarzana but wasn’t getting as good of results as I should. I looked up Rusty on Unilocal and decided to give her a try. Se had me fill out a brief questionnaire, then explained exactly what she was going to do. The place is very clean, and comfortable. Rusty is super sweet and very down to earth. Friendly and a soothing voice. She massages parts of your stomach/​back I was on the table almost a full hour, which was great! I got a lot out. Other places I have been would only have you on the table for 35 – 40 mins. She takes her time. Its not about money with her. She cares about your health. She charges 210.00 for 3 colonics. This is what I paid back in 2002. Great prices and this is her everyday price! One session is 75.00. Parking is a bit hard, why I am only giving 4 stars. There is no parking lot only street parking. I am going again next Saturday, but I left with a flatter stomach, and more energy. I really like Rusty, and will continue to see her.
