No Lice Left Behind is a full-​service head lice treatment center located in Granada Hills, California. No Lice Left Behind specializes in The Shepherd Method which utilizes a strand-​by-​strand lice and nit removal technique. Our goal is to provide families with proper education on preventing head lice and offer hands-​on assurance in guaranteed lice removal.

Our highly skilled and certified technicians have extensive training in the most effective lice removal method available in Los Angeles, examining every strand of hair for lice and nits. Being two former preschool teachers, we pride ourselves in our abilities to work with children and educating parents through their battles with head lice.

Our kid-​friendly salon is equipped with tablets for children to view movies, play games, and enjoy snacks, while parents can relax in our comfortable reception area with a magazine and a cup of coffee as our team takes care of your lousey problem.

We offer head checks, complete lice and nit removal, school screenings, parent education and prevention, using natural and safe products. We also carry our non-​toxic, gentle and effective line of products for those who wish to treat at home.

Established in 2013.

No Lice Left Behind was founded by two former school teachers who first handedly battled the frustrations of head lice. During our process, we learned that not all lice treatment centers provide quality treatment and proper education. Our mission is to provide the Los Angeles community guaranteed, all natural treatment options while properly educating our families on prevention and awareness. We are certified and trained in «The Shepherd Method», the most effective, manual lice removal method, examining every strand of hair and removing all nits and lice. Our goal is to make our families feel comfortable, and give them the necessary tools to control head lice and reduce student absentees from school. We guarantee, after a treatment provided by our expert team, there will be No Lice Left Behind on your or your child’s head.

This is a long overdue review. My twin daughters both ended up with lice at the end of last year and I went into the typical freakout mode. They have long, fine curly (read: tangled) hair. And there’s 2 of em! We tried the DIY stuff from CVS and it’s supposed to kill the live ones. Didn’t. Since I was at «can’t even» levels I came onto Unilocal,entered «Lice Removal» and voila, found No Lice Left Behind. Luckily they had availability the next day for both girls. What I found most helpful during the process is that Lupe explained the lice life cycle in an easy to understand way that also made it pretty easy to keep them from coming back. Be forewarned that this will take work on your part. You must continue to check their hair after NLLB has done their first «extraction» and you should continue to check after the 2nd check-​up. The newly hatched nits are invisible to the naked eye so you have to keep looking. Get a good comb, get comfy (ie. Disney Jr. is on) and a bright light. I sat on the sofa while they sat on a toy box in front of me for the right height … less strain for me!
I wouldn’t say this was inexpensive but definitely money well spent and piece of mind.
P. S. don’t be embarrassed … tell the teacher, caretaker, whoever because everyone has to take care of it!

Wonderful service! Having survived lice-​free through many school breakouts in elementary and middle school, we thought this curse had passed us. Until a surprise attack in high school! yikes! Talin was sweet and helpful, and available immediately. The salon is super clean, comfortable and friendly.

Awesome! Awesome! We found out My oldest got lice the night before, call early this morning and was able to see us. They were very knowable, sensitive, caring and I’d definitely recommend them and/​or will be using them again, hopefully not.
She was able to screen my younger and myself, unfortunately we had a mild to very mild case and she was able to treat and rid us of the lice and their louse.

I took my daughter here last week. After trouble after trouble of lice problems the gal that did my daughter’s hair was so patient with her and cleared her! The salon was VERY clean and the workers seemed to know EVERYTHING about what they do. My daughter had a free check yesterday and she’s still completely cleared. I bought a lavender oil that was also recommended from the worker and it’s so far doing a terrific job! I will definitely go back no hesitation at all if the lice ever occurs again (hopefully not!) clean salon, great staff, good prices, and even got a free comb to use to do home check ups! Thank YOU again no lice left behind! Your name is spot on. No lice was left behind!!!

This place is awesome. I had a tragic case of head lice and I was so worried about finding the right place to get treatment. Thank god for these lice experts! Talin and Lupe are angels. I’m so pleased with this place! We had a notice at my daughters school that there was a case of lice and sure enough she got it too. I took care of the family, but since I have longer hair, I needed some extra help for myself. This company is professional, efficient and filled with lovely people. The owner herself used to work in a preschool and they are dedicated to helping you rid you and your family of this nuisance! It’s affordable and I would not hesitate to go there again.

This review is long overdue, but better late than never! My 6-​year old daughter ended up having a MAJOR nit problem. Like, I had never in my life dealt with lice before. So when I discovered them on her head I was horrified. Utterly horrified. The first thing that I did (besides having a panic attack) was grabbing lice treatment products from the store and my husband and I worked on it, cleaning and picking at as many as we could. Well, didn’t work. Poor thing was suffering, scratching her head all the time, while I was freaking out and feeling bad all at the same time. I even tried one day to pick out the nits, but there were SO many and those damn things wouldn’t budge!
Finally someone at work suggested I hire a professional lice remover. I had no idea they even existed. So I went to trusty Unilocal to find them and I came across No Lice Left Behind. They had the best reviews so I made an appointment right away.
First off, let me just say that the ladies working there are incredible welcoming and sweet. And most importantly, VERY knowledgeable. They ended up checking my head too and to my horror, they found lice too :-(Oh god, I’m getting itchy just thinking about it. BUT they put my mind to ease right away. They answered all my questions and it was comforting to experience such thoroughness of their work.
That is mostly why I am giving them 5 stars. They are incredibly thorough. They must have removed hundreds of nits from my daughter’s head. I even took a picture of the container of soapy water with the nasty little things in there. *shudder* Ok, getting itchy again…
They were amazing with my daughter. We were sitting in those chairs for about 2 ½ hours, or was it 3… I can’t remember. All I know is that in the end, we felt like we just received new heads, completely lice-​free.
I also really appreciate that their service includes a follow-​up to make sure that «NO LICE WAS LEFT BEHIND.» And sure enough, when we came back a couple of days later, NONE.
I know the owner is reading this and I just want to say THANK YOU again for saving us from the torment of lice. I am so glad that you and your team exist and I will recommend you to anyone who has a lice problem. Anyone who has met you can tell how passionate you are about what you do. Keep up the great 5-​star service!!!

I was devastated when I discovered lice on my daughter’s beautiful hair. It was my first time dealing with lice and of course I went into meltdown mode. I didn’t know what to do or where to go. Unfortunately, I was swindled out of my money at place where they were negligent and unprofessional with the service they provided. I went crazy spending more money on products to tackle it on myself and it was not easy at all. After days of combing and nit picking through her hair, I knew I had to find a place. I did a lot of research through websites and Unilocal reviews when I discovered No Lice Left Behind. I immediately made an appointment, it was the best place I found. The staff is amazing! They are friendly and made us feel at ease. They were thorough and made sure my daughter was 100% lice free. I extremely recommend this place! I wish I had discovered them sooner. I would have saved a lot of time, money and tears. I don’t want to deal with lice ever again! If I do in the future, I will only trust No Lice Left Behind.

This is the best place! Having lice is horrific and every girl at the salon makes you feel so comfortable and they are so professional! I never want lice again but may just go in for check ups just to see the girls! If you get lice you have to go to No Lice Left Behind!

I really have so much to say about this place the are my Angeles i have 4 kids all got lice i tired every thing out in the market spend so money nothing worked i just gave up. One day i am driving and found no lice left behind but there were closed i called the number she told me ill come right away to find out i am their first customer they are amazing very professional they explained to me so much helped me my kids have been lice free since one year.

This place is amazing! Talin and Lupe are the best! So informative and patient and not to mention their pricing is reasonable.
My daughter caught lice for the first time at school, I was devastated didn’t know what to do or how to even beginning the process of getting rid of them. I first went to my local pharmacy bought the over the counter product (DO NOT TRY THIS WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY) I thought I had fixed the problem but the more I read about lice I discovered that those products don’t kill the nits (eggs), so eventually they will hatch and the problem won’t be solved. So I started looking for professional help on Unilocal and came across with this place, I called the next morning spoke with Talin and she booked me to be seen with my daughter right away. It was a mess I ended up having lice as well and so did my older daughter, it was the worst experience ever. Thankfully they solved our problem that very same day.
These girls are so nice I love stopping by just to say hello when I’m in the area. Best experience ever at the worst time lol. Sounds crazy but so true.

Awesome place! When our day care called to tell us they suspected nits on my daughter’s hair, I panicked. Had absolutely no idea what I needed to do having never dealt with this issue before. Luckily Unilocal showed me the way!
Lupe, one of owners, was so nice and reassuring. She managed to get my almost 2yr old daughter to sit still and have her her combed out piece by piece! Simply Amazing! She was so patient and great with kids. The best part was we didn’t have to worry about any super toxic chemicals going into my daughter’s hair.
When we returned for the re-​check a week later, we received the great news that my daughter was free and clear. We tried to give Lupe a tip for the awesome job, but she didn’t accept. Incredible service!
