We have served events of 150 — 4,000 guests and our capabilities are virtually unlimited. Every event is planned in detail between the client and our expert planner. Our service area is unrestricted. Travel charges may apply. We have a mobile food production facility.

Picture a western style food service with an authentic backdrop of an 1800’s vintage, full sized chuck wagon, western styled buffet menu, optional live or recorded music of the genre, or an entirely customized event to the client’s pleasure.
