PILATES is a series of exercises, progressive in nature, that help develop an individual’s flexibility, strength, and balance through precise and fluid movements. By utilizing proper form and control, the body is strengthened without adding bulk. Individuals will come away from each session feeling more aware of their posture and body as a whole.
PILATES helps with injury prevention by correcting over trained bodies and muscle imbalances. Improved performance in golf, skiing and running have been attributed to this type of training.
Regina’s Studio offers Group and Private Pilates Sessions. All classes and Privates are by appointment ranging from 7:00 AM until 5:30 PM Monday through Friday and Saturday mornings.
