Auto Pride Collision

While I too received a «free» loaner (included in the fees for those who don’t understand such things) vehicle — my experience was much closer to the 11÷11÷11 review than 4÷3÷12. I suspect strongly that was a friend/​employee of Auto Pride trying to bump up their ranking on Unilocal.
Problem after problem with the quality of repairs. The clerk seemed interested enough in helping and was friendly. When things weren’t moving toward resolution, the owner got involved and came off as a total jackass.
Unfortunately, our insurance adjuster wasn’t able to recommend OEM parts based on their policy so I ended up going to Dag’s — paying OUT OF POCKET to fix what Auto Pride couldn’t and REFUSED to.
Save your blood pressure and hard earned dollars. Go anywhere else.

BEWARE!
IHad an aftermarket hood that buckled around bracing. Took it back — Auto Pride agreed something was wrong and replaced it — unfortunately with a hood from the same supplier. A month this hood was actually worse than the first. If they would have been interested in helping I would’ve rated them higher. The owner (Craig) laughed at me and was disrespectful — accusing me of sitting on the hood! Insurance adjuster inspected at my request and found it to be defective. TWO defective hoods in a row from Auto Pride followed by laughter. Insurance company had them put an OEM hood on and eat the labor. I will NEVER return.
