Commission Rates:

​18% commission rate if seller sets up lots, or 25% commission rate if we set up the lots, and a $ 2 listing fee per lot at either commission rate.

Haul-​Backs:

We offer a haul-​back service which allows you to have your items shipped to another MIOA location for an additional fee. That fee is $ 2 per lot however subject to change based on size/​weight/​packaging of item (s). Our haul-​backs are dropped off and picked up every other Monday at the Coopersville MIOA location. Call ahead for a haul-​back quote. You may have an item shipped directly to your house via USPS. Please call for special shipping quotes or if you have an item you wish to consign that you would like us to pick up for you.

Buyer’s Premium:

Buyers pay 10% buyer premium on their purchases as well as 6% sales tax (unless item is food then there is no sales tax). There is a 3% fee to pay with a credit card in person and a 5% fee to pay with a credit card over the phone.
