Established in 2011.

Art Triana and Bobbi Kielt met in 2005 while working at the same real estate company in Lake Co., FL. Art was a great salesman there and Bobbi handled a property management portfolio of about 30 homes. Art obtained his broker’s license in 2007 and subsequently started DART Properties. At that time, he invited Bobbi to join his new company and they are now managing over 100 homes together. They pride themselves for providing excellent customer service (both to owners and renters) and give their immediate attention to the needs of their owners and renters. DART Properties is an outstanding company that continues to grow due to Art and Bobbi’s expertise in property management and real estate.

Bobbi Kielt became a Realtor in 2005 after spending 40 years in the legal communiities in Florida and California as a legal secretary, paralegal and Law Office Administrator. She brought that invaluable legal background to her new role which has been a tremendous asset when it comes to dealing with people and paperwork! Bobbi is happy in her new position because she is a «people person» and is very detail-​oriented and diligent. Both her owners and tenants constantly thank her for going the extra mile for them.
