During his third year core clinical rotations, Dr. Hardin’s career took an unforeseen twist as he discovered a genuine passion for OB/GYN. He was attracted to the specialty because of the diversity of treatment it offers – from preventative medicine to complex surgeries– and its focus on caring for predominantly healthy people who are experiencing joyous life events, or have health issues which, when treated, create a significant improvement in quality of life. Dr. Hardin finds that he loves being a gynecologist because he can have a demonstrable positive impact on people’s lives.
