Meet the Business Owner

William K.

Business Owner

William H. Kain has been a practicing attorney for many years, having been admitted to practice law in Colorado in 1977 and Utah in 1995. He was born in York, PA, and has resided in Colorado since 1965. Educated at the University of Denver and at Wester New England College, he holds a Bachelor of Arts degree, a Master of Arts decree, and a Juris Doctorate as well as a post doctorate LLM.

Michael P. Burke has been practicing law in Western Colorado since 1994. He was born in Rocky Ford, Colorado, but grew up in Western Colorado. Educated at Mesa State College, he holds a Bachelor of Business Administration. He furthered his education at the University of Denver where he earned his Master of Business Administration and a Juris Doctorate. His honors in post-​graduate studies include winning the University of Denver Hoffman Cup trial Competition and receiving an American Jurisprudence Award for trial practice and advocacy.
