Welcome to the West Gate Inn in beautiful Grand Junction, Colorado. A 100 room full service motel with a free continental breakfast. Otto’s Restaurant opens daily at 4:30 pm for dinner. Otto’s Lounge is open daily at 3:00 pm. Conveniently located at Exit 26 off I-70 or just two miles west of Mesa Mall on Hwy 6 and 50. We offer friendly professional service with 24 hour desk, a large parking area, free wifi, queen and king beds and coin laundry. Rates starting at $ 65.95. How to get here: from Interstate 70 east or westbound, take Exit 26 onto Highway 6 & 50 west. We are the first motel, restaurant and lounge on the left just past the freeway overpass. Pets are allowed in some rooms and children 11 and under stay free. Check in time is 2:00p.m. and checkout time is 11:00a.m.

Wasn’t in the room much as we were in grand junction for the country festival and we were gone all day but we were able to check in early. We had a room with two queens and it was clean also the bathroom was clean. There’s a sink with mirror inside the bathroom and a sink outside of the bathroom with a mirror. A few shady characters and some noisy people plus right next to the highway. Overall a decent stay. Will be staying again.

This place is very convenient when getting off the freeway and the people at the front desk were nice enough, but those are the only good things I can say. This was one of the worst places we stayed on our road trip. There were different kinds of bugs in the room (including a moth that flew out of the air conditioning unit) and the room did not look or feel clean. You can’t take these things lightly when you have a child with you. Also, fixtures and furnishings had flaws and chips and apparently the management doesn’t feel the need to replace or update them. Thank goodness we only had one night here because we couldn’t wait to leave.

We went to this inn in an emergency, our tent and campsite got rained on and we needed sleep so we decided to rent a room. The website says rooms are around $ 66 but if you get there after 11pm you’ll have to pay around $ 90 (surprised us). The lady at the counter for late night service was tired but she was still kind. The bed sheets and blankets were clean, the mattresses and floors are disgusting. The bathrooms look clean but if you look at any chrome areas you’ll see how filthy things actually are. So the website says that you get a free breakfast, not true. We went downstairs and asked the morning customer service if the advertised free breakfast was true. He’s an older man, rude and filled with attitude, said no. We showed him what we read on the website and he denied it. Not worth $ 90, find a better deal somewhere else. *look for bedbugs*

What a deal! $ 69 included all fees plus free WiFi. And it even had a refrigerator and allows dogs. It’s right off the freeway so super convenient for a quick night’s rest. We’ll have to remember this place when we come back through grand junction again.

For the price, I couldn’t ask for anything more. Very clean, staff was very friendly, bed was comfortable. Two queen room had two sinks so one can be used while someone is in the bathroom. Rather handy when trying to hurry in the morning. Location is right off the interchange so it’s easy to find. That may lead to truck/highway noise but I didn’t notice any.

The rooms are average size and old. On the upside everything worked, it was clean, the bed was ok. Wifi was free and coverage good. The front desk person was nice and courteous. Good value for the money about $ 60. I’d stay here again. Organic soaps and lotions were very much appreciated by my dry skin and unexpected. 2.5 stars in my book.

If you want cheap and clean, this is your place. I was driving thru and the place turned out to be very good, THe lady young lady at the front desk was super friendly and very happy to help. THe room was basic and very clean, organic soaps and toiletries and, did I say clean? Good place to stay when traveling on budget !

I went to this hotel with three people. The room was big and pretty cheap. I liked the free wifi and the bathroom. I did not like the bed. It was not comfy and the pillows were flat. I had breakfast at that restaurant inside the hotel. The food was not very tasty.
