History

Established in 2014.

The firm began in 2014, but the attorneys in the firm bring more than 60 years of combined experience to the table. We all met each other through a Michigan non-​profit known as Elder Law of Michigan. We remained friends who work together now.

We offer a wide range of services, including litigation, and administrative hearings. A lot of our work for clients though is behind the scenes: negotiation, drafting documents, or making applications for benefits, mediation, etc.

We also came together to help assure that confusing issues, could be dealt with for the average income client. We cannot work for free, but we try hard to make our consultations work well for clients – and thus we offer half price consultations in the first meeting. Our thinking is that it best to get a good analysis of a problem or issue first, and then developing a prudent plan of attack – taking into account your budget and the size of the problem or issue.
