DFW Graphics & Decals

I was very disappointed with the lack of service I received from DFW Graphics & Decals. I will also be writing a separate review for Yhaoo. Although I called to request magnet car decal for (one) job. This was a test job with DFW Graphics & Decal! I called on Thur April 9^th to request a proof along with a quote. I provided the image of the logo although it was not in Vex. I later sent a separate email with the vex image. I was told by Susie in the sales department in Grandprarie office that the company email was down. I was understanding that the email was down and told Susie I would work with her. So Susie stated I could send the image to Susie personal email. She told me to email the image to her personal email. Next, I called on Friday to find out when the proof and quote would be completed. Susie advised that I would have the proof and quote Monday. When I called for the third time on Monday, I was told by Susie that the computers at the company was still down. I advised that it had been since Thursday and I was getting pressure, I needed to find out when I would receive the proof. I needed to put pressure on DFW Graphics to have a deadline they would commit to. Susie was very rude and short with me. Susie stated with zero customer service. She told me that this was just a $ 75.00 job! That she would not have a deadline put on her. I don’t think asking for a deadline after (3) days is too much to ask from a company. I advised Susie although we were using the company for a test job, we do million dollars in Marketing and are PROJECT BASED company and would have used the company again, to do more jobs in the future. I decided after the way she talked to me, the company computers being down constantly and being told my $ 75 job was not worth true effort or customer service. I told her I don’t need to use this company. I would not recommend anyone for the poor care from the SALES department from Susie. I am not sure if Susie will get this or if someone in the company will. I hope they talk to her about the impression she put on the company. Maybe she owns the company but, that still not an excuse to treat customers in this manor.

I always know what to expect with DFW Signs. They are consistent and highly motivated to get job complete so we can get our trucks back on the road making money. They use top of the line materials/​graphics with expert technique in arrangement and application.

I love these guys! They made awesome looking decals for my RV and at a fair price. Even figured out how to make it easy for me to remove the decal and made it custom.
I highly recommend them!
