If I could I’d give this place a negative star. We came in to use the computer to print a few files from our Google drive account. A whole bunch of people came up behind us. We were next in line to be helped but the woman told us to wait and pulled up the next person instead. We stood there waiting for over an hour for the computer but that person took her sweet a** time like she had no care in the world. We watched all the people who came in after us get helped and go plus some more customers later but when we asked for help the lady told us we had to wait. Well f***ING done with your customer service OfficeDepot. Btw I’m talking about that long bleached hair girl.

Very friendly staff! They are amazing. I am a business owner and I come here several times a week to drop off mail. They are always very helpful.

I like visiting this location. The store is always clean and in good order. The staff is always friendly and willing to help you find what you need. I also like the way the store is layed out… Its well organized and the aisle are spacious.

Nice store. Office supplies are so much fun. The staff is helpful, and products are organized well. I love catching them during a big sale. Bought my last printer during one of those sales, and almost got it free. Since I’m not a fan of shopping, I usually buy online and pick up from the store. Pickup is available within hours, and it saves lots of time v. wandering through the aisles. Tip: join the Rewards program, and get extra saving opportunities via email. Also, if it’s a majorpurchase, have the receipt emailed to you.

As a lover of office supplies, I frequent Office Depot several times a year. My favorite time to shop here is during the back to school season because of the amazing deals on supplies ranging from rulers to glue to folders. This particular visit brought me to Office Depot to fax an important document that could not wait to be mailed. When I walked in I headed towards the copy and print section of the store. I waited for about 4 – 5 minutes and I think an employee said that they would be with me shortly. I couldn’t really tell because she was facing the opposite direction and on a computer. When I was finally helped, I was given a fax cover sheet and had to wait on another customer’s seemingly impossible fax to go through. My fax took about 2 minutes to go through and then I paid. My transaction was very short, sweet, and to the point but I can’t say the same for other customers. There was no clear line and despite the fact that there were 4 employees in the copy and print area, it took a ridiculous amount of time to get anything done due to their inefficiency.

Great staff. I bought an item and then had buyer’s remorse. I quickly returned it and the entire process was so fast and easy that I thought I was in a shopper’s dream for a moment there. I was also able to send a package with ease and I like how they have a table set up so I could wrap everything up. It’s truly a one stop shop for sending stuff.

Overall I think Office Depot can be overpriced, but this 5-star review has to do with my experience during a recent visit. I’d needed to print out some postcards for a party I was throwing, and the older gentleman in the Copying and Printing department was so nice! The first set of postcards didn’t come out too great, as two letters were cut off on either side of the postcard, but he redid them, no complaints or anything. He also handled multiple customer requests well, and made light conversation, and asked about my bandaged hand. After my items were printed, he gave me an extra discount too. He literally made my day that day!

TIP: use the Wrapp here, free $ 5 to buy anything You’ll walk in and feel the bare and lackluster feel of Office Depot. Most everything is overpriced. For example an 8GB microSD card is $ 24.99. You can get a Sandisk 32GB microSD card for $ 17.99 on Amazon. Why I gave Office Depot 4 stars is their friendly customer service at both the counter and copy & print counter.
