Horrible customer service. They don’t speak English well at all. Couldn’t understand anything she said and when I asked a question about how much it would cost she started saying repeatedly

DO NOT GO HERE! WORST PLACE TO GET DRY CLEANING. They guaranteed that my clothes would be ready by 5pm and that never happened.
When I asked about some kind of discount because my clothes weren’t ready at the allotted time they told me «no» in her broken English.

This is the cleaners to go to if you live in south Grand Prairie. They are located at the Albertsons shopping area. They do an excellent dry cleaning and mending. I have been going there for years and have never had a problem. They are always friendly and accomadating. I purchased a Forever 21 blouse, that was not made well to begin with, and when they dry cleaned it part of it ripped. They fixed the blouse for me, and you really can’t tell they fixed it so well,
