Appointment scheduling was very easy. I used the link sent to me to pick my location and you have to print the confirmation email and take it with you for drug testing. When you walk in they open the window, take your appointment sheet that you printed and have you sign in. You show picture ID once called to the back. The wait felt like forever because it was so hot in there; good thing there was a TV to kind of take my mind off of it. The waiting room is very small and it was only one guy working when I went, but he said there are others. They call your name, you walk to the back, sit down, verify your info, take the cup, fill it up (or not), it’s sealed up, both of you initial, specimen is placed in the machine on the desk next to the computer, results are sent immediately to the company you scheduled with, you do a digital signature and go on your merry way. Pretty simple process. I have to add I only saw one bathroom while back there and it’s right by the door.
