I am very pleased with the service I’ve received from the SPA SOURCE INSITUTE. I received a wonderful cupping on my back and a pedicure from them. They was nice & very respectful to me. I’m in TX quite a bit and I love going there. I would recommend this place to all my family and friends. I had family with me and we finished and shopped and ate in the shopping center beside it. I LOVE IT!!!

Awful, I wish I had read reviews first. I guess that the quality of work you get for buying a groupon. My shellac manicure chippy as soon as I left, and she did an awful job on painting my toes. They were. Sweet girls but doing manicures and pedicures is not their calling, I encourage them to go to college. They didn’t even use the all the proper tools to do a manicure and pedicure nor did they use any type of soap to scrub your feet, just water! It was just all bad, I’m pretty upset.

Horrible, horrible customer service!!! Made an appointment and arrived ten minutes early. After waiting 30 minutes I asked politely how much longer it would be, having a very busy I didn’t have time to wait. One would assume that’s why appointments are made. The technician was extremely rude and told me it would be another ten minutes. Twenty minutes later I went up once again she wasn’t even close to being ready for me. I don’t know what kind of business they expect when they can’t honor appointments but they definitely won’t have mine again!

Bought a Groupon for 2 shellac mani pedis. My manicure is bad. The gel in all over my cuticles & it is just messy. My pedicure is worse. There is gel all over my toes. The next day my cuticle around my toe hurts and I am worried I might get an infection. She was rather rude and did the bare minimum. There was no foot or hand massage which is to be expected when getting a mani-​pedi. I feel like I was given bad service because I had a Groupon and they didn’t think I was going to tip! (Which I did even though the service was bad) The other manicurist spoke about how they get paid $ 3 from a Groupon manicure because they get paid on commission. Again I feel like they didn’t think I was going to tip, but that’s not my fault how they get paid, nor is it my buisness. Never going back. Poor service!

Guess they didnt even spend time to read my whole review. They commented that they dont do male «private area» electrology. They also dont do «private area» waxes for men either.
I wrote this update after I had respecfully commented on how I had spent time on the phone twice and received false information only to spend time and gas to go here and be refused the service I had requested. Now I understand that any business can offer what ever services to who they want. I respect that. But either the manager here or the receptionist here does not know what services they offer. if you are a male you may want to speak directly with the manager befopre you arrive. i talked directly with the lady that offers waxing and was very specific on what i was needing. She said «no problem» only to be sent away by the manager when I arrived. TWICE. Now she is commenting about only one service I requested and said nothing about the other. I have no ill will torward this business but just seems like the left hand doesnt know what the right hand is doing.

I was there for a touch up on my hair but I was very disappointed with Chau Stone, I told her that a touch up for 100.00 dlls I was expecting to a least cover the gray !! She was rude and very unprofessional, I figured if she’s teaching others? How to become a hair stylish she should have been able to make some recomendaciones to me !! Instead she got upset and told me that she couldn’t do it because she didn’t want to be responsible if I didn’t like it ! After I showed her a picture of what I wanted! She argue and wasted my time abd money mess up my hair !! I won’t NOT recomend this place to NO ONE !! Poor service and too expensive ! After that experience I did some research find out that Paul Mitchell on the Arlington Highlands they have the BEST instructors I got what I wanted and paid 35.00 for a re touch BIG DIFFERENCE !!
She wants to get reach over night !! Ha? Stone!

I am soo thankful spa source opened in the Hong Kong market shopping plaza! This spa is fabulous! I have spend a whole afternoon getting my hair, message and eye brow waxed at a great price! The ladies are oh so gracious! And they know what they are doing! I am definitely a happy customer at Spa source!
