It’s been almost a year since I’ve lived here now and I still frequent this location because of the proximity to my house. I wish this location would get their stuff together because it’s incredibly frustrating to get our drinks wrong or to wait ten minutes just to order in the lobby. I always tell myself it’s worth it to go here instead of driving to camp wisdom but I think it’s really not. Today I went in to order an iced chai thinking that it’s hard to mess that up and after ten minutes of waiting in line with nothing but a, «sec» from someone, I left. This was after I saw someone come up and say they forgot something in their drink and the barista asked them to go get their extra cup because they didn’t have a shaker. What? I give up.

I frequent this location, because of it’s location. You don’t come here for the outdoor patio ambience with the noise, fumes and view of the traffic on Hwy 360. This inside is small compared to most Starbucks locations, so there isn’t much in the way of table space for laptops or working/studying. Some of the employees are super friendly, while others always look miserable to work here. Being from Seattle, this location doesn’t accurately represent the true Starbucks experience, whatever that is. It is, however, adequate to grab a cup of coffee for your morning commute on 360.

This Starbuck location has consistently gotten my soy chai tea order wrong. I’ve provided specific details and even ask for extra pumps for more chai flavor, but my order tastes like warm milk. Where is the chai? Is there a chai shortage on this side of town? This has happened 4 times in the past week. I don’t seem to have this problem at other locations. Please work on this. I am a regular customer.

I ordered 2 green tea today, after wait about 20 mins, the lady gave me one and said park in the front, they will get me another one, what the hell! I said, one is ok, I take one go ahead and refund the 2nd one cuz, I don’t want to wait no more. The lady gave me an attitude, she said. Then wait. After 10 more minutes the guy gave me the tea. I was so mad and told him, «that lady was so bad service» I don’t hear no sorry from lady or the men. I never go back this location. Suck!!!

I agree with most of the other reviews; this location is so slow that I saw people leave empty handed and frustrated. Both inside and drive thru are irritatingly slow. When I questioned the drivethru worker she seemed to ignore me all 4 times I politely said excuse me. I paid with my goldcard and said yes to receipt. Another worker then brought my decaf frapp and tried giving me a second drink with an explanation of shots. I told her I only ordered the one drink and thanked her, but I still had not gotten my receipt so I asked again then told them I saw 5 vehicles leave the drivethru line. I wanted to make a customer service tip but they all acted so dingy and careless I just asked for manager. This isn’t over lol…

Never in my life have I ever been to a Starbucks that’s so consistently slow. Doesn’t matter what time or day or how many customers there are, plan on waiting at least 15 minutes. I thought maybe it was just the drive thru… nope. Very long wait inside for just one drink. I occasionally make the mistake of stopping here on the way to work hoping each time that it will be better, it never is. Watching the customers in front of me expecting some huge orders, always just one or two items. I’ve been to plenty of other Starbucks and coffee shops and I’ve never experienced anything like it. If you’re in even the slightest bit of a time crunch, I highly recommend you avoid this location like the plague.

I’ve never had any problems ordering from the drive thru but every time I go inside to order they’re just extremely painfully slow. Expect a 15min-30 min wait… and that’s with me being first in line. I guess they’re more focus on the customers coming from the drive thru so I learned my lessson. Never going inside again.

This Starbucks was once a great gathering place for my friends and I during our teenage years. As an adult, I drop by on occasion because it is really close to where I work out. Today I decided to grab a little protein in the form of a sandwich and smoothie after my morning workout because I was hungry. The line from the drive-thru wrapped around the building and inside was equally as busy. After waiting in line for a few minutes, I ordered and nearly everything I ordered they were out of. First it was the orange mango smoothie and then it was the breakfast sandwich I ordered. I was kind of bummed but the cashier/barista took pity on me and comped my smoothie, which was nice of her. On my way out I decided to grab a muffin to go. I stood in line to order but the employees(I counted about 5 or so) were all engrossed in making beverages or attending to the drive-thru line. I had to finally tell the cashier that I only wanted a muffin. Then she took someone else’s order, which was a drink order. She then proceeded to make sure their drink order was taken care of before remembering my muffin needed to be warmed up. I was less than impressed that my muffin had to wait because it was not a hassle to the barista but she acted like it was. I thanked her for her service and she didn’t even really respond in kind or acknowledge me leaving as I left the store. Moral of the story is that this Starbucks location is well-staffed but they need some lessons in efficiency and customer service.

I’ve been to this Starbucks a few times and I haven’t noticed them growing, picking, or roasting their own coffee beans after each order, so there’s no reason why they should be so slow at making drinks! Sorry, but I get a little moody when I haven’t had my cup of joe after waiting in line for 15 minutes and deciding to leave because well, ain’t nobody got time for that! Go to another Starbucks.

This is my all-time favorite Starbucks in the metroplex. I’ve been coming to this location lately because it was always on the way to work for me. But through convenience, I found out that this Starbucks has the friendliest baristas that I’ve ever encountered! I’ve ordered a variety of drinks from here and all of them are hand-mixed to perfection. A coffee shop always makes my day when I know that the baristas will present me the best customer service and will always get my customized drinks on point. When I can’t decide what to drink to get, the baristas will always suggest me items from the menu or make me something worthwhile. With that being said, I know there are plenty of Starbucks locations everywhere, but I recommend this one above the others. I’ll be bold enough to say that other Starbucks are a letdown compared to this one.

This place is within a mile of my house so I guess it is my Starbucks. Its pretty small and hard to find a comfy seat sometimes, but have had no issues. Not the best starbucks I have been to but not the worst.
