Business Owner

I am a New Orleans native and a graduate of Grambling State University majoring in Computer Information Systems. After receiving a Bachelor of Science I was faced with the same problem of every recent graduate; wondering who will be my first employer. Many applications, resume submissions and interviews later I became a teacher with the New Orleans Parish Schools. I taught six grade at Valena C Jones, and was the Advisor for S.A.V.E (Students Against Violence Everywhere). Due to Hurricane Katrina, there was an abrupt end to my teaching career, and was forced to leave my students and city. Now faced with relocating to cities that I never heard of or would imagine living in, I packed my bags and headed to the Great State of Texas. Four years later I decided to pursue my dream of becoming an entrepreneur, and no better city than Grand Prairie. Living by the Motto of the Grand Prairie Chamber of Commerce «Dream Big and Work Hard»,‘Techsterz IT Support’ was born.
