racist and not friendly. Walked in and got a not really welcoming attitude. Didnt even want to show me the shop or explain. just pointed at the wall and told me to look myself. Rude.

First time having my car tinted and I wasn’t sure of what I was getting myself into. Needless to say, Ted at Auto Shade exceeded all of my expectations. For $ 200 I received all four doors and my back window tinted. Initially I thought that was a little expensive but Ted explained they use the highest quality films that are backed by a lifetime guarantee. He also walked me through all the different shades beforehand since I was rather indecisive. Ted was done in an hour and half and I am extremely happy with how well it turned out. Throughout the entire process Ted was very helpful, patient and courteous. Check out their Facebook for tons of pictures on cars they have worked on. It is rather apparent as to why Auto Shade has been around for 20+ years. ¹⁰⁄₁₀ would recommend.

Really professional, friendly work done on this small shop on the south side of Grand Rapids. They consulted with me over what I wanted — even asking a few questions I hadn’t researched, and therefore I ended up with a much better experience than if I had just come in and they’d gone with my preconceptions.
