We pay for the monthly unlimited pass. It’s well worth it! Sometimes I feel silly washing my car with just a little dirt on it, but hey… its unlimited! Only downfall is they’re closed on Sundays, but at the same time good for them!

As the manager of a business, accept the fact that you are at fault and don’t blame and belittle a staff member — own it and apologize gracefully. You service damaged my vehicle, you had the opportunity to remedy the situation for a week, I had to come back to you and you didn’t follow through on making the situation right, instead you blamed a staff member in a poor fashion and told me wait another couple days. Step up your game, it’s not the team members fault, it’s yours.
