Not only did they have the random yet extremely difficult to find apple power cord I needed, everyone was so nice and patient with me when called and stopped by.
I thought finding a cheapo Apple monitor online would be easy. And it was. I bought the monitor to hook my laptop up to have a bigger screen. But the monitor didn’t come with a power cord or the power adaptor. The power adaptor was relatively easy to find online, but that didn’t come with a power cord. No biggie I thought, I’ll just buy a 3-​prong cord. WRONG! The good folks at Apple, always being soooo innovative, made this particular power adaptor with a different style of 3 prong cord. That cord was impossible to find online.
It’s after numerous fights with Ebay and several calls to Apple support that I was referred to Compucraft as possibly having this part. The staff member who took my call was patient, friendly and understanding as I explained my situation. Although they don’t typically carry this item, she located a cord from their existing inventory. It was only $ 5 and after a headache I went thru with everyone else to obtain it, this was a steal of a deal. I write this review using my new (to me) monitor and power adaptor and couldn’t be happier!
