Took my 2013 Subaru with 34k on the tires to have a nail removed and tire patched. They said there is not enough tread on the tire to patch it? And offered to sell me a new set… No thanks, I’ll have the guy down the road fix it!

Great customer service. I had two new tires put on here last December, and my old (original) tires rotated to the rear. One of the original tires recently began leaking air, so I stopped by when I was in the area. They seemed pretty busy, but within an hour they patched the leak for free – on a tire they didn’t even sell me! Above and beyond.

I have purchased many a tire at Discount Tire. Typically a good experience. Wait time was what was expected and prices have been good. My last purchase was a set of tires for my Suburban. It was recommended to get a narrower tire than what I was used to purchasing. It was a 60k tire. Within a year I needed new tires. Not sure what that is all about. I would return but will do some homework first.

My roommate got a flat tire on her way to work yesterday morning and asked me to do a little research for her so we could get the tire replaced during her lunch hour. Not only was the gentleman I spoke to knowledgeable, but when I told him the year, make, and model of the car, he immediately knew what size tire it would require and checked to make certain they had some in stock. They did.
When we stopped in, we told them we were on a bit of a time schedule and were quoted 30 – 40 minutes to change the tire. It took 25 minutes, tops. The whole cost was $ 45, out the door.
Between the competence of the staff, the affordable price, and the timeliness of the work done, I could not have a higher opinion of this Discount Tire location.
