Express PC

Fast, helpful, informative, very reasonable, attentive, personable, what more can one say? Fixed our lap top adapter connector and even discovered and fixed a USB port that had failed. Would recommend with 6 stars!

The guys here took in my ps4. It had water damage to it and didn’t work. Only took about a week and 85 $ and now it’s back to normal. I looked around for a place that will fix or attempt to fix my ps4. This was the only place out there that does.

The guys went above & beyond with 2 of my laptops this week!!! And they were super fast as I was computer-​less. They also took the time to explain things to me in addition to giving me options. All of this without treating me like dumb female! Super nice guys!!!

This place had to to be on the of the best computer repair place that I have been to. The customer service was really good. They were helpful with explaining everything and they seem to know what they are talking about. The prices are a bit high, but I assume that it is pretty high at other places as well. I advise to take your computer problems to this place.

One of the hinges of my laptop was cracked and broken.
I looked up online to find a cheap place to go, but other places asked for about $ 79 and more.
At the last minute, I Unilocaled to find a good computer repair place, and Express PC was on very top.
AJ was very friendly. He had many knowledges about computer (obviously!), and shared the informations of computer for my future references.
The price was very affordable. If anything happens to my laptop again, I will definetly be back here!

Well, this is my first order of business since getting my computer back from Express PC. When my hard drive crashed a little over a week ago, i turned to Unilocal in a panic and found this place. It was nearby, and i could tell by the other in depth positive reviews that this was where I should go.
I’m glad I did. For an extremely fair price, AJ replaced my hard drive and had my computer up and running again in a matter of days. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and cordial throughout. DO NOT waste your time with some of the bigger chain repair places, notably the one with the initials BBGS. They would have charged me roughly double what I paid at Express PC.
Bottom line: Great service, great price.

My husband and I just moved to GR, and this is definitely our new computer place! I tried them based on the other review, and was completely thrilled with them. We’re usually pretty computer savvy, and can generally deal with computer issues on our own, but I’d somehow picked up a really nasty rogue virus on my laptop that we couldn’t get any virus protection to find and disable. It had taken over my internet connection, and when I researched the virus from another computer, it said it either takes over or cuts off access to any other program that was opened.
I was terrified that my computer would be so corrupted that it would need to be reformatted, because the software on my laptop is worth more than the laptop itself, and it’s not replaceable without buying it again. A.J. was FANTASTIC! He spent a lot of time with us, both when we dropped my laptop off, and when we picked it up, explaining ways to avoid viruses beyond the basics that everyone knows, ideas for backing up my software, and patiently answering my bazillions of questions with a lot of really useful information.
I’ve had my laptop back for a few days now, and it’s running perfectly. On top of that, he told me that if anything does happen again shortly after completing the repair, they are sometimes able to re-​repair at no charge. Their prices are super reasonable — I looked around before taking my laptop in, and the next place that I was comfortable with was charging almost double. Super knowledgeable, very reasonable turnaround time, friendly and helpful staff, very fair prices — I couldn’t have asked for better service!

My PC died and I found these guys. They offer free diagnostic and basic repairs for $ 65 and up for most makes (including Macs).
I took my Dell PC in at 1pm last Wednesday and they called me back at 4pm telling me it was finished! I can’t believe it! For the $ 65, they diagnosed my problem, put in a new power supply, and cleaned it up.
When I went to pick up the computer, I told the owner that the computer was also running slowly. He spent 30 minutes showing me how to speed up the computer and download the appropriate free software that would do the job. He even wrote down the procedure for me!
When I got home, I followed his instructions. Everything worked perfectly and my old PC is almost like new!
This is a small business, so you can expect great personal attention that you won’t get at a «big box» computer repair place like Geek Squad. I shop and do business locally whenever I can.
