Expressions of Grace Yoga is dedicated to helping people of all ages and abilities improve their health and live with more vitality and joy through the integration of body, mind and heart.

The practice of yoga has been shown to relieve stress, increase energy, improve posture, develop strength, balance, flexibility, patience and mental focus.

We teach and practice Anusara Yoga, named one of the fastest-​growing styles of Hatha yoga in the world by Yoga Journal magazine. Anusara Yoga combines an elegant set of Universal Principles of Alignment with a life-​affirming philosophy of intrinsic goodness and a focus on community so that you leave class feeling exhilarated, grounded, and connected.

Other great programs at Expressions of Grace include Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction and LifeForce Yoga for Mood Management.
