Green Valley Recycling & Disposal Service

Just a word of warning: If you are looking for a new garbage service anytime soon, stay away from Green Valley Disposal. They used to be great! But, after receiving over inflated bill after over inflated bill, and changing pick up times without warning so we missed several pickups, we decided to cancel our service after being with them for nearly 10 years. Via email correspondence, I informed the customer service person that we were canceling, that our cart was overflowing because they hadn’t picked up in 2 weeks. She could have cared less. Then yesterday, I pull in my driveway after work to see their cart pickup service had thrown bags of our garbage on the ground! Literally took bags from the cart and threw them out. To top it off, I get the mail and lo and behold, a bill twice the amount of what it should be. My phone call to them about it this morning got me nothing but excuses, and I am being forced to pay for 2 months of service when I had only been picked up for 4 weeks out of the 8. TERRIBLE. STAY FAR AWAY. Call Allied Waste instead. They are picking us up for $ 12/​mo, instead of the almost $ 40 we were paying at Green Valley. I could NOT be more upset right now. Seriously? Throw our garbage that was IN the cart on the ground???
