Was eating at a restaurant across the street and came out to a dead car. I’m from out of town and was ready to call a tow truck. Spotted J&H across the street and went over to see if they could help. John grabbed a charger and came right over. He immediately found that the battery cable was loose. Got the car started and he told me to drive over to the garage so that he could check things out. John pulled off the plastic shield, cleaned off some corrosion, tightened the cable and reassembled everything. He said «no charge» but reluctantly agreed to $ 10. He saved my day. Great service to a traveler.
