History

Established in 1980.

We started our BBQ oddesey at our roadside BBQ in Baldwin, known as Russell’s Ribs Carolina BBQ. As time passed and we got older, we’ve limited our scope to catering Pig Roasts for parties from 100 to 500 persons in Western Michigan.

Today our fully licensed mobile kitchen carries Piggy and all the «fixins» to the venue of your choice. This is where we introduce your guests to Piggy and serve him buffet style with beans slaw and salt potatoes. Piggy is glad to serve you and make you all happy.

My last 30 years have been devoted to perfecting the art of BBQ. Carolina style Pig Roasts have been the culmination of my search for the ultimate BBQ techniQUE. What fun we have when we open the roaster and the guests meet Piggy face to face, especially little people.

We all smile as the buffet is heaped with comfort food and the fun begins.
