I was in big trouble… the day before Thanksgiving my car broke down on my way out of town to visit family for the holiday. I was stranded with a young child in my vehicle. It was Tuffy to the rescue! The awesome Tuffy team stayed late on the day before the holiday to make sure I would be able to be with my family on the holiday. They were more than polite and courteous to myself and my child (who was a big pain in the butt that day, might I mention lol). I highly recommend going to Tuffy. They were extremely fair on all of the repairs and really great about helping me out. I will be back and I’ll be telling everyone I know about you! Thanks again :)

Never take your car here. I went in to get an alignment and they took 3 hours to get back to me. When they got back to me they showed me a quote for $ 2600, stating that multiple things were wrong. They said parts were broken that were not and tried to upsell me on everything. I took my car to another shop and they did not find any of the same issues and got the alignment done in 30 minutes.

I went here because it was close to my house, but they work on commission and try to upsell you on anything they can. I had a slight louder noise with my car and wanted them to tell me the problem. They got me right in. The guy diagnosed me and said I needed a new flex pipe and in order to get it off I need to replace the catalytic converter and O2 sensor that was attached. Priced me at 909+ tax! Took my car to Muffler man. They said I needed a new flex pipe. Got the flex pipe replaced and car is back to normal. Paid 150 dollars at muffler man. Tuffy will rip you off and replace things that don’t need to be replaced! If you go here, go get a second opinion at Muffler Man!

These guys here r outstanding, really good quality work, very helpful. I am from out of town and they pulled my car in and got us done really fast I would DEFINITELY come here again if anything happened. I had a blown brake line and the matter of time it took I was barely able to finish a coffee from Biggby’s lol
