History
Established in 1992.
In 1992 Tony Spencer started Spencer’s Soft Water service working out of his garage

In 1993 Tony purchased Quality Water of Granger to form Spencer’s Quality Water.
In 1994 Bill Spencer (DAD) retired from his job, then started working with Tony on the truck part-time. Now at the age of 73, he is still going strong working in the office.
In 1995 Dave Spencer (Brother) joined to expand the Bottle Water Division
