WOW! The ambiance is so relaxing! You feel as if you have been transported to some remote place, that smells and feels fantastic! And Natasha has a GIFT! Her massages speak to your body! She uses a moderate amount of pressure. I’d recommend the Wave Touch Massage — Natasha creates «waves» of relaxation all over your body! I fell asleep! And I’m an overthinker (going over my mommy to do list, what errands I have left, etc), so I only respond to experienced massage therapists with calming presence. I’ve also done the Aromatherapy Package for Mother’s Day and I felt soooo pampered! I received the Dolce Vita signature mani/​pedi with Valerie, she was very sweet and detailed. Enjoy!

Very happy with the services, and location. I prefer a deep tissue massage, but the Swedish was really relaxing. My masseuse was very experienced who has mastered the importance of full body massage, and essential oils.
*Tip– Come here ready to be pampered. (no makeup or hair done)
*Workout clothes with bag packed if you want to get ready after treatments!
**Great for bachelorette parities or a special occasion treatment!

This spa is delicious. I have been to a few in the Granite Bay/​Folsom area and this one for me is the real deal. The décor is very beautiful, relaxing, cozy and peaceful. As soon as I get back there I truly feel like I’m in another time and place.
The massage suite was gorgeous. You first use its private sauna, then the hydrotherapy tub, and get your massage right there as well. I felt so spoiled! NATASHA gave an amazing massage. I mean, she didn’t miss a spot, and her technique and energy were Very calming. First massage in a while I felt so relaxed after.
Then off to my facial with JESSICA. She is amazing! She loves what she does and is very friendly, professional and knows what she is doing! I had the hydrofacial and it was truly the best facial I have ever had. She really tailors the facial to your needs. But the hydrofacial is the first facial I have had that I could see the results right away. My skin was glowing, and is so soft and hydrated.
The relaxation area is very cozy.
It is a truly pampering experience.

My favorite spa for mani/pedi’s because it’s always quiet and tranquil like a spa should be. They offer many typical spa services that I’ve not yet tried but because of this it always smells delightful. My manicures always look nice and professional and last a long time… without chipping and the same holds true for my pedicures, it doesn’t matter if I get gels or regular polish, it lasts. You do need to call ahead for an appt and set aside time to relax.

The BEST I’ve ever experienced!!!

One of the best spa experiences of my life. My boyfriend and I went for a couples massage. I had a deep tissue with Natasha and she is superb. She really works EVERY muscle and finds those tight areas. I would say she was a little fast for a deep tissue.; I prefer my deep tissue massage a little more slow and gentle, but nevertheless it was great! Her knowledge of anatomy is spot on and she’s very sweet. My boyfriend had a swedish with Vera and he loved it. Allowing us to relax afterward was a lovely addition. Usually spas are so eager to get you out the door, they allowed us to absorb the experience fully before getting in the car. For anyone reluctant because of the prices: totally worth EVERY penny. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! Today was like a fairy tale. My boyfriend got me a spa package for my birthday that included a luxurious green tea bath with wine, a relaxing hour massage, hydrating hand treatment, scalp massage, and perfect manicure and pedicure! And they even let me get Gel with no extra charge! Natasha was very personable and gave me the best massage I’ve ever had, hands down! The aromatherapy was fabulous. And then Gabby, also a super nice girl, gave me a flawless manicure and pedicure which included a foot scrub and mask! I felt so taken care of the entire time and so relaxed, thank you all so much for the wonderful experience! The ambiance was beautiful, everything was just beautiful! I will definitely come back!

Best Day Spa in the area (and, yes, I am fully aware that the Sacramento area is lacking in so many ways with regard to spa services). With that being said, Natasha is the best masseuse in the area!!! After trialing several other local establishments, I will only see her for massages/​body work. I have had the best massages and facials here — we are big fans of the couples massage. Two blissful hours of relaxation and pampering.

I’m so bummed only giving this 3 stars :/​I wanted to love this place! And I guess I did love it for the most part, all but the polish.
Husband and I got pedicures, he got just a super basic scrub, no polish or even his nails cut, and I got the ROCK pedicure. The woman who did mine was awesome. She was so sweet, talked to us the whole time and my calf massage was perfect. Everyone was very accommodating and it felt very relaxed.
Now, I decided to just get a fresh tip, that’s where I got disappointed. I should have looked at them better before I left but I guess I was just so caught up in conversation. I noticed the white line looked a little too thin but it wasn’t TERRIBLE, I didn’t mind that much. Went to pay, it was $ 125 for both of us (with tip). I thought that was a bit much considering my husband didn’t really get much, just a foot rub, but again, I really did enjoy everything so whatever.
Got home and looked closer and they just we’re not done very well at all. The lines are a bit shaky and there was still white polish wiped like on the sides.
All in all, I did enjoy the place I was just really really bummed spending that much when I am not a fan of how they look. I do realize I should have inspected them better before leaving though!

My first spa was awesome thanks to the great service and ambiance of Dolce Vita day spa. My girlfriend and I got the couples delight package. A hour sauna and or Jacuzzi, coupled with a hour couples message. Very comfortable and romantic. Christina and Natasha were great, wish I had more stars to give.

Had an amazing time at the day spa today with my honey in the Dolce Vita Couples Delight spa package! Latasha and Christina made us relaxed and comfortable the entire way through! The ambiance was extraordinary. the drink service, comfy robs and slippers were great! In a candlelight private room we were able to enjoy the sauna and aromatherapy bath before our massages that made us melt on the table! The ladies were professional and knew exactly what they were doing! It was my honey’s first time at a spa. and thanks to Christina… I’m quite sure he is hooked! Great job Dolce Vita! We will be returning!

Natasha is amazing! My husband purchased the $ 229 package and so worth it! This place makes you feel very confortable. I absolutely loved it. My only dislike was that they have a relaxation room where you wait for your next service. But coming out of an hour and half massage the last thing is you want to hear is others talking. Wish they would have a whisper rule or something;) But other than that it was such a relaxing and peaceful experience.

Whether you need to get a nice relaxed pedicure to a full blown couples massage, Dolce Vita is the place to go. I have had a great pedicure done here and was offered a glass of wine while I relaxed and enjoyed my pedi.
I booked a Couples massage for my boyfriend and I to relax after a stressful week. When We arrived at the Spa, we were immediately taken to our changing room then to the relaxation room with calming music and refreshing cucumber water. We then were escorted to our PRIVATE couples room where chocolates, champaign and strawberries were waiting for us, along with a Dry sauna and a jacuzzi that was ours to relax and enjoy. Once our time was up, we had the massage of our lives!
BOTH Natasha and Christina were awesome masseuses and the ladies that helped us at the front desk at checkout especially Mariam, were amazing!
I will definitely recommend Dolce Vita Spa to EVERYONE!

I got the Spoil Me package, the facial by Abby was great very relaxing and she was knowledgable. My pedicure was good nothing special, the spa itself was relaxing, clean feeling and front office staff was very friendly.
If the two were so great then why the 2 stars… well the massage was a nightmare, know what you are signing up for and dont even think for a minute you can ask for a deeper pressure (in one area) if you are getting a Swedish massage. BOOK your own appt. I went with a group and never communicated what I liked to the person booking appointments. NATASHA was a horrible human, she lectured me the whole massage, I left angry and appalled at the way i was treated.
The manager did call me after I wrote the whole sinerio down to her in an email. She made excuses for natasha but ultimately agreed that a paying customer should not be lectured during a massage. I was lectured about letting the therapist know i had blisters on my toe (danced too hard the night before) I was lectured about not telling the therapist everything before the massage. She lectured me after I asked for more pressure on my neck (one area ppl) she was too rigid in the technique to stray with a little deep tissue for my poor traps. then at the end she decided to top off the massage with reiterating how i should have told the front desk everything before i scheduled IE firm or soft pressure.
Horrible. way to ruin it lady,
Anyways book at your will im sure the rest of the people are nice since the place was well up kept and had friendly staff besides natasha

I brought 3 of my employees for a spa day; experience was excellent. Customer service– superior.
We had 4 massages, 4 pedicures and 4 facials. Everyone in my group loved everything about our experience.
I had a deep tissue by Natasha– and she was amazing! It was a truly deep tissue.
The premises were clean, quiet and relaxing.
We were treated with champagne and cookies.
Can’t wait to go back and do a couples day with my hubby.
