My experience with this business was horrible and I would never recommend their services. After my visit, it was obvious to me that they take advantage of people to make business. The employee I dealt with was condescending and extremely arrogant.
I brought my laptop in because it was not starting up properly. After a quick assessment, the employee determined that the hard drive needed to be replaced. I am far from a computer expert, but I know how to search google for simple tasks like this. I had done some research on the internet prior to my visit. Looking up at their wall, I noticed that they have a starting minimum fee for doing any work on my type of computer. It was a steep price for a simple hard drive replacement. So instead of paying for their service, I asked if I could purchase a hard drive so I could replace it myself. The man would not sell me one and insisted that I needed his expertise to install an operating system. Again, with a simple google search prior to visiting the repair shop, I found that you can easily download a free operating system from the internet for a new hard drive. I asked him about doing this and his smug response was «good luck». I took my computer and left.
That afternoon I went to an electronics store and bought a hard drive. I removed a total of 8 screws on the bottom of my laptop. I located the hard drive, unplugged the old one and replaced it with a new one. I powered it up and and my computer guided me to a screen asking to install an operating system from the internet. After a few clicks, I fixed my computer without PCS’s «expertise».

This shop helped to fix my failed desktop computer that was sitting in my garage for 1 year. They helped me get it going again. Price was reasonable. I will go again.

We had them repair our PC. After 2 attempts it was repaired. Then we asked them to fix a problem we had with our newly hooked up Samsung Smart T.V. (We could not get surround sound sound) After they worked on the T.V. We needed one more remote and still no surround sound. We found out from another company, we needed an audio cord installed.
The other company’s person went to a Samsung class. Within an hour she had the surround sound working and all commands on one remote.
I would have preferred PC tell us they were not experts on Smart TV’s
And recommended us to go to another company.

These guys are AWESOME!!! Took my broken PC to Jason at the Roseville store and he was wonderful! Fixed it in a day and a half — Best Buy had told me 4 – 6 weeks!
If you have computer issues this place is for you! Faster, cheaper and NICER than anywhere else in town.

I took my PC in for a repair at Computer Professional Services. I received great service and a great price. My computer would not start up. Turns out it was the mother board. CPS also takes E waste. I would go there again.
