Make copies of your rental agreement! I spent two days cleaning the home I had rented only to find that they had deducted hundreds from my deposit for issues that had already been mentioned as existing problems on my initial lease inspection. They also falsely charged me for «cobwebs» and to replace the 9 volt batteries in the smoke detectors. Because I had already replaced the smoke detector batteries with fresh ones, I called to complain. They told me that the batteries must be replaced with 10 year lithium batteries. Nowhere in the lease was this stated. It does not feel comforting to live in a home when you know the management company is waiting to capitalize on your exit, no matter what condition you leave the property in. If you can help it do not rent from these people.

Not good people to deal with, not nice on the phone. Take your business elsewhere.
