Boi Na Braza is a Brazilian Steak House. We have a fixed menu that includes an amazing all you can eat salad bar with both hot and cold items and a 15 meat selection served tableside by Brazilian Gauchos. We have private and semi-private rooms available for parties, weddings and corporate events.
History
Established in 2000.
In the mid-1900’s the very first Churrascaria opened in the Brazilian state of Parana, home state of the owners of Boi Na Braza. The Gauchos served many different types of meat to their customers, continuously at their tables. This is called ‘rodizio’ style, meaning ‘all around’. A unique type of cooking was called churrasco. After digging pits in the ground, the Gauchos would start a fire with wood from the rangelands of the Pampas. Once the fire turned to embers, large portions of prime meats were skewered and slowly roasted to perfection. This unique style of preparing and serving food is the tradition of the Brazilian Gaucho. The Churrascaria is now a staple of Brazilian life today — and an experience we would like to share with you in our Churrascaria. Boi Na Braza, meaning ‘steer over embers’ in Portuguese, is proud to offer the tradition of our ancestors and our home with you.
