They have an entire restaurant to seat people and they seated everyone together in one area. I think spreading us out more would have been better. Then I got a long Island ice tea and it tasted like lemonade not tea. Food was good though.

I love chilis and how great their food is. But I really don’t appreciate when the food comes pretty late. Almost every time we come it takes at lest a half hour to get your food. But I must say I love their buffalo sauce and hamburgers.

I had lunch with a friend there today. The service was ok. I told them I’m in a hurry. Sure the food took 15 – 20 mins –and the order was wrong. I am so pissed off and will never come back again. I left there starving. Awful!!!

Great food, great service. What else can one ask for? We had a party of about 25 people and our tables were ready as soon as we walked in. Our waitress was friendly and professional. The food did not take very long to arrive. This Chili’s location is top notch!

Just terrible on every aspect. Briefly: * Service — Waiters arguing over table assignments in front of us. * Appetizer — cold. Sent back. Returned cold. * No drink refills for kids. * Witnessed other guests jumping up to get their own condiments and water refills * Entrée — all cold except for one kid’s corn dog(burned) * Waiter still never returns to bring check. Found a way to check out on their table tablet. I’ll never ever return. Please do not eat here.

Premium drinks watered down. Beer flat. Place was dirty crumbs on the floor tables not cleaned. I will only get bar type food at fast casual places. Can say burger was ok. Ordered dessert for kids waitress clearly took order however forget to place order then when I told her she forgot again. Needless to say one kid happy other kid upset no dessert. So 20 minutes later manager apologized for service and offered to get dessert. Really, way to late. Too many other averages places to go to. Won’t be going back.

Nasty. Gross salad. Yucky crispers. Even kids oranges were bad. Better luck next time.

I never expect too much out of Chili’s, but this visit was pretty terrible. They’ve been promoting their Prime Rib but the fajitas were pretty dry and lackluster. It’s just such a strange cut of meat for fajitas, and the flavors were more Italian/South American than Mexican. Very expensive too for the amount that they give you. What made it on the sizzling plated looked just as much as the«half» portion they had on the ad right next to us. I also tried the Chicken Tacos for lunch and felt the same. I get that they’re trying to be creative, but the flavors just don’t work too well. My taco fell apart instantly and it was a unified spicy flavor and nothing else. The Kids Mac and cheese is just the Kraft boxed kind, but somehow they managed to make that not taste like anything. How can it be so bland? I make that myself at home, it’s pretty fool proof.

Showed up with 8 kids and 3 adults for lunch. The host acted like they didn’t want us. For LUNCH they only have half of the restaurant open. So we had have all of the kids sit in the bar. We get seated and the order process is crazy slow.

Don’t know what’s up with the bad reviews– came for lunch with my family and we were treated exceptionally! Food was great, service was great, great experience :)

In response to Julia for my previous post. It does not matter who I am with. You did not even address your rude staff or the fact that you are over priced. Since you were not there to know what was actually said, then you cannot actually comment on the situation. I am sure that your staff did not want to get in trouble for their attitudes so they put it on the customer. I have been to your restaurant before and did enjoy it until yesterday. Instead of attacking the client why don’t you take responsibility for the poor service and lack of customer service that you currently have a problem with.

Literally typing this inside this Chilis. Service here is horrible. Our waiter was very inattentive and offered bad service. It was as if we bothered him or something because he seemed disturbed when we asked for something. Food was ok and average, we were only here for lunch since we were in the area. Not sure if it was our skin color or what but we felt very ignored and offended. Sergio, bad service equals bad tips– lucky to even get a tip pal. Will never be back if we are ever in this area again.

Overall it wasn’t a BAD experience, although there were some bad parts. As soon as we walked in and were being led to our table, every table we passed was FILTHY! As someone that works in the food service industry, I am pretty understanding when it comes to needing time to clean after a rush, but there was hardly ANYONE in the restaurant. Not a SINGLE employee was cleaning. First negative sign. Next, our waitress didn’t really know the menu, but i just figured she was new and that didn’t affect my rating at all. The appetizer guacamole was delicious! I could have eaten that all day! Their chips could have used a little salt, but otherwise tasty. The food I got was decent. Nothing spectacular. I had a burger and it was overcooked with a hard bun. She also forgot the avocado slices I requested. I asked for no lettuce or pickles, but I guess that also meant I didn’t want onions either. I love onions. The waitress wasn’t very attentive, but she wasn’t rude. I figured she was new so I understand her shyness.

I grew up in the area and have been eating at this Chili’s for years. It’s always been a good, standard Chili’s. Service at the bar is usually excellent. The last time I was there, the service was incredible. I ordered soup and sandwich. The sandwich was on a bread I’d never tried. I didn’t like the bread so just picked at the sandwich meat and ate the soup. Oh well. No big deal. The waiter picked up the plates and asked if something was wrong with it. I told her I didn’t like the bread. She immediately said she’d take it off the bill. A few minutes later, the manager walks over and asked about the sandwich. She then went through all the bread options they have and offered to make me another one for free to eat there or take home. Just a great customer experience!

Don’t know what to eat, go to Chili’s. The customer service at the bar is awesome. One of the better Chili’s I’ve eaten at overall.

Pretty standard Chili’s. Stopped by here before a flight out of DFW and was in an out in no time. Nice efficient waiter, standard Chili’s food, and the new kiosks at the tables that let you pay when you’re ready make this a good option if you’re in a hurry.

Check your bill. After being told the Ziosk hardware device placed on our table was for«ordering», I was charged $ 1 for its use. Did not know this until the bill arrived. The hostess mis-represented the purpose of the device(ordering.) The food server never mentioned it. My tween children grabbed it and played games throughout dinner. I applaud the use of technology devices if the purpose will improve the dining experience(faster ordering, bill-paying, etc.) However, we already had at least 2 smartphones at the table for 4 people. It was not necessary to provide us with even MORE games via the Ziosk device. In fact, the electronic game-playing during a meal was a negative given the interference with socializing. The Ziosk price should not be a separate line item on the bill — rather, it is a cost of doing business for Chili’s and should be baked into the overall meal price. Do you charge me for the crayons? No! And — is it even legal for children to incur a cost without asking parent’s permission? Perhaps requiring a credit card upfront for game-playing would reduce the miscommunication? Next time, I will ask Chili’s to remove the device from the table if there is a price for any feature. In fairness, after I complained, the waitstaff apologized and sent the manager over. It was removed from my final bill. Otherwise, our meal was pleasant and the food was good. I love Chili’s. I dislike sneakiness regarding the bill.

I don’t know Chili’s has changed so much. I remember it was a hole in the wall and the food was awesome. Now I just feel like I am going to another chain restaurant. Chili has just made a comeback to the menu. The food is decent but nothing to brag about. I long for the old Chili’s hole in the wall flavor

service here is just as desirable as at the other locations. It must be a trend… Food is good.
