Excellent and trustworthy. They could have treated me badly, esp knowing i dont live in Dallas, and so i wont be a repeat customer. Treated me so well i am writing my first Unilocal review ever just to say thank you! Fast service, friendly, affordable. I highly recommend them!

We have had minor maintenance and repairs completed here prior and feel the work quality was sufficient. Pricing is pretty expensive — no different than the dealership, just less busy. However, recently took our car here to test the wiper motor (which they had replaced a year ago) because wipers don’t work. The guy said it would take a few hours to complete the inspection and wouldn’t know for sure until they got in there. Well, we were already skeptical because the wipers shouldn’t break down after one year as it doesn’t rain that much out here, and wondered why the inspection quote was for 2 hours of labor when there’s an eight minute U-​Tube video regarding this?
Needless to say, we took the car to Honduras in Irving who completed the inspection in under 45 minutes, ordered the required part, and set up the repair.

These guys are way over priced… smooth talkers. No matter what your issue is expect to pay through the nose. I’ve taken my car there several times and always seemed to be amazed at the cost of repairs. I did some research and you can do much better buying your own parts and paying a mobile mechanic to install. and pay ¹⁄₃ rd of what these guys charge. I stopped going there when I need my car towed to their location and they marked up the tow service by 100%. saying it was usual & customary … that set off all the red flags for me… They might just want to change the name to «Brothers»

Let me preface this by saying that I own a 2005 Ford Mustang Saleen. THIS CAR IS MY CHILD! This is my third Mustang and my fifth car. Therefore, I’ve been through my fair share of body shops, mechanics, and I’ve even worked on a few minor projects of my own. My step-​dad even owned and operated a body shop for over 25 years… so I have a firm understanding of how certain blue collar businesses operate behind the scenes. I know when someone knows what they’re talking about, when they’re «winging it», and when they’re going the extra mile to provide exceptional customer service. With that said, let’s get into this place!!!
Where to begin? Simply put, where can you go wrong when you have a faith-​based business working on your car? If you really think about it, you can’t! You know you’re going to get honest feedback about your car… Plus they have the Lord guiding their hands to fix your car!
Seriously, I can’t say enough good things about this place. I always have a great experience whenever I go to any Christian Brothers location. Let’s talk about the Grapevine location in particular. A gentleman by the name of Blair King Walker assisted me with my car issues. He was extremely friendly over the phone. Had a certain type of personality where he was going to give you his time. He spoke with me for well over five minutes the day before I brought my car in. He talked to me about all the possible issues that my car could have. Although I couldn’t make it in the first day I spoke with him (by phone), I knew I was going to make it in the next day.
The next morning, I was there at 7:00AM. Blair was there to greet me with a smile and a handshake. He knew it was me because he remembered my car from our phone conversation. He immediately knew what needed to be written up. He even dropped me off at my job– a short distance away. It wasn’t a quiet and awkward ride to the shop. Blair was full of conversation the entire time. Before he dropped me off, he even offered to pick up anything I may have needed at the local QuickTrip gas station! Of course I declined but I thought that was very considerate. A few hours later, he called me to follow up on the issue. He also quoted a price that I would expect to pay– with tax. Keep in mind that today is an extremely bad day for weather. We had a threat of hail and possible tornadoes throughout the day. So you can imagine my concern if my car would be left outside or if it wasn’t fixed before day’s end. Again, Blair and Christian Brothers eliminated any doubts and concerns that I may have had.
At about 3:00PM, Blair called to tell me that my car was fixed. Once again, he drove to my job to pick me up. Being a fellow Mustang enthusiast, he made sure that my car was protected from the little hail that we did get throughout the day. I paid for my car and picked it up. No more issues with my alternator! I had to run to my computer and Unilocal about my experience! It was just an overall friendly and pleasant experience.
