Their prices are great. Clothes come back clean and pressed pretty well. Can’t beat the value. I like the express bag service and the drive thru.

Dropped off two tops to get the logo removed. Two weeks later they weren’t done. I asked for them back — and they came back completely ripped with holes in it. Stay away!!!

I dropped my comforter because they advertised a summer special for $ 15.99 and because they are a «green» cleaner. I dropped the comforter on a Thursday morning and was told it would be ready on Friday after 6pm. When i arrived on Saturday afternoon to pick up the comforter, I was first told they couldn’t find it and then was told that comforters usually take a week or more to clean.
I wasn’t told that when I dropped it off and would never have left it had I been given that information. A week to clean a comforter means that they must send it off premises to clean it. If I had known that, I would’ve just taken it to a laundromat and used a commercial sized machine.
I was told that the comforter would be ready «after Wednesday» and that they «usually tell customers that it takes at least a week for comforters». Really? Because it says on the ticket «Pick up after 6pm on Friday». I’ll be surprised if it’s ready on Wednesday and won’t be surprised at all if it suddenly goes missing.

Good prices. Fast friendly service. Same day service (in by 9am out by 6pm). Express bag service. Been using them for years. Cracked buttons on starched shirts are uncommon. It happens so get over it. Been using them for years
