Ordered a simple $ 40 box of dipped fruit. They failed to remove the seeds out of the oranges. Sound menial but was not expecting seeds in an «edible» arrangement. Called them and they said they must have«missed» a few. All of her oranges had seeds. Obviously no attempt made @ all. they offered me $ 5 off my next order. Not going back there so no thanks

Great place to call for a gift package. I like the idea and they pull it off really well. I don’t really know exactly the preparations that they put on the fruit but they are always really flavorful and taste better than I would have ever guessed.

I’m totally with Cameron L. I ordered a week in advance. I wrote the following letter to the Edible Arrangements’ CEO, Tarid Fariq, Complaint Contact: Marcia Boyster, and Support Manager: Chritine Centola. NOTE: I have faxed this in multiple times. I have heard NOTHING back from anyone. =============================== DATE: 2÷15÷12(Day after Valentines) Hello, I hope you are having a great morning, as I most certainly am not. As you know, yesterday was a very special day to many who were expecting, and actually received flowers/arrangements. My wife received NOTHING for her special day. I ordered a simple fruit arrangement and some chocolate covered strawberries. The delivery was scheduled for 2÷14÷12. I ordered them a week in advance. Come Valentines day, the Tracking tool on read«Received by store» for most of the day. At about 1:00PM or 2:00PM I became worried. I sent an inquiry to you from . I received zero feedback. At 4:00PM-5:00PM I began to panic. I sent another inquiry via the same link above, DEMANDING that someone called me ATTHEVERYLEAST, for an update! I also have records on my phone that I called store #490 in Grapevine., TX more than one hundred times. The line was busy at(817) 329‑5900. I finally got on a wait line with hold music at around 5:15PM. I was on hold until 6:00PM when I could not hold any longer. To this moment, I have NOT received a word from anyone. As you can see, I am entitled to be very upset. My wife thought I had forgotten entirely about her special day. 2÷15÷128:12AM: I called Edible Arrangements store #490 in Grapevine, TX. I spoke with manager, Mary Jo?. Mary was apologetic and informed me that they were overwhelmed with orders. She informed me that they were not able to fulfill all of the orders. Really? Yet, Edible Arrangements continued to take orders on the website. Something is not right there. Mary informed me that she could discount the $ 10 delivery fee but still charge me for the arrangement and deliver it today, I think she said. A WHOPPING $ 10? Seriously? I told Mary that this is BEYOND absurd. This is 2÷15÷12. It’s a regular calendar day now. Valentine’s is ruined and the most Edible Arrangements can do is refund me the delivery fee!!! NO! I could give her a new car today and it wouldn’t make up for it. I want Edible Arrangements to make this right. Any shop worth its salt would make things right with the repeat customer. Can someone please do something to make this right? NOTE: Since I was not able to get through to anyone for a long time, I had Mary issue me a refund and cancel my order. Please contact me.

Neat place with amazingly tasty treats. Basically they make fruit bouquets, mostly for the same occasions for which you would send flowers. I was somewhat skeptical until the first time I tried one of their pieces of chocolate covered pineapple at a booth at Main Street Days and now I am an addict who tries to find reasons to send fruit boutiques. Weird I know, but I sent one to my brother and sister in law and now they are hooked. I am warning you, it is contagious.
