I visited this place a couple of years ago for one massage session. Everything about the experience was mediocre, particularly the knowledge of the masseuse regarding my muscle fatigue. That’s fine, I realized I’ll have to keep looking for someone more experienced. No reason to voice my lackluster experience online…
Unfortunately this was not the last encounter I had with this clinic.
The clinic started engaging in some heavy email promotions by contacting me about 3 times a week with special offers. No unsubscribe link. My reply: please remove me from this list. No reply from them.
As the emails continued to annoy me, I received one in which they had pasted their entire customer address book in the CC line of the email, instead of the BCC line. Every customer’s privacy had been violated. I and everyone else had their entire address book. Want to know if someone visited this clinic? Well you can contact me, I have the whole client database O. o
The staff apparently wasn’t willing into invest a few dollars into an online service that manages bulk emails. They were sending thousands from a random gmail account and making the biggest rookie mistakes possible. I again (4^th time) asked to be removed and my information deleted. No reply from them.
If the thought of transacting services with a company whose staff competence doesn’t extend past following basic CAN-​SPAM laws is alarming, then look elsewhere.
Just received another unsolicited email from them this morning…

I originally purchased a great Groupon deal for massage here. I had never had a chiropractic adjustment (even though I had worked for a chiro a while back). I was planning to go in, get the massage and leave.
Dr. Kennedy spoke to me for a few minutes after my massage. Her demeanor and the way she explained what a chiropractic adjustment would be like-​got me to try it without her pushing the issue. I felt I could trust her not to hurt me (I was scared before at other places and I didn’t even let anyone pop my back when all the kids at school were doing it, lol).
She used an activator. I jumped the first few times it clicked-​then, I started to feel better as she used it to help my jaw, neck and back get closer to where they needed to be. I left and went straight home to bed.
She has a payment plan system that worked for my budget. It allows me to come in as needed and not worry about having to pay everything at once.
My work is very physical and tiring-​this helped me work longer and I felt more energetic-​I think because my body wasn’t working as hard since everything was aligned better.
My toothache is gone now, too (she treated my TMJ and made my broken crown/​tooth I had, not hurt anymore somehow-​for 2 months now)
I would suggest getting a massage first (1 Hour or more if you are really tight)-then getting the adjustment.
The therapists there are great (I’m picky and I like them). My favorite just moved away-​but, the others are great, too. :)
