Welcome to Diggidy Dog, a small scale grooming facility with big expectations.

Hi, my name is Coleena and I am hoping to be lucky enough to be your new pet groomer. I have 14 years experience in pet grooming and personally train all of my groomers. At Diggidy Dog, we pride ourselves on delivering the WOW FACTOR! If your not getting the WOW FACTOR from your current groomer, please give us a try. I take full responsibility for all grooms that leave my shop.

At Diggidy Dog we are focused on providing high-​quality service and customer satisfaction to our four legged friends and their owners. Your pets comfort is my top priority! Our intimate and relaxing atmosphere takes the stress out of our customer’s visit. Perfect for pets of all ages. Most grooms only take 1 ½ hours to 2 hours.

95% of our customers are by appointment, we do take drop ins, but owners must realize that drops ins may take longer than the average as we fit your pet in-​between appointments

My experience was not so pleasant. My girlfriend called the day prior to the appointment to confirm everything that would be done for our pup including a discount for first time customers.
Customer service could be better. Our pup is pretty easy, so we opted for the bath and brush (included was nail trimming, ear cleaning, anal cleaning, cologne, and bandana) for $ 35. He’s a medium sized dog with short hair. Upon picking him up, I asked about the first time discount and she nervously looked at me and said they don’t do that anymore, which is fine if they stopped. However, she confirmed with my gf the day prior that they did. So if the first time discount factored into bringing your pup here, please know «oh we stopped that».
I got to check out my pup and it was honestly disappointing. He still has loose hair that was falling off of him which makes me question if it wasn’t done with full attention. Also, on my way out she informed me she wasn’t able to cut his nails because they are already too short. Hmm, wonder why I was charged for that. Did not get a bandana, cologne which were supposed to be included. I don’t care for those but if I pay for whatever package, she should include what the service entails.
All in all, I wouldn’t go back. This was our first time taking our pup somewhere and it wasn’t a great experience and not cheap considering all that was done.

Took my somewhat grumpy Saint Bernard, Sadie, here. When entering the staff was very kind. They were very gentle with Sadie and Sadie warmed right up to them. They called me about 2 hours later and said she was ready. When I got there I asked how she did and they were very kind and said she did good but was very nervous. They made me feel that she was safe with them and I didn’t have to be nervous about taking and leaving her there. They asked me what I wanted done and I told them. When I saw her they did everything perfectly. The best part is the cost was very responsible. I was expecting way over 100 but that wasn’t the case at all. I will definitely bring her back.

Great place. I just went today and they are fast and my westie looks great and reasonable price. I used to go to Dee’s Doggie Den in Dallas and this place does a much better job. Thank you, I will be back.
