Grubbs Infiniti

Terrible, terrible experience, don’t waste your time going to their dealership. My husband and I visited their dealership on a Saturday but unfortunately they did not have the vehicle that we were looking for. So after finding another vehicle over the weekend I contacted the Sales Manager Price on Monday morning to discuss a vehicle. He assured me that the vehicle would be at the dealership and ready for me to test drive it during my lunch break. Drove all the way there, and the car was not even there. So he lied just to get me to come to the dealership. He apologized and because I felt it was an honest mistake I decided to give them a second chance and returned the same night to purchase the car provided it drove well, as we had already worked out the final numbers with them. Before going back to the dealership my husband noticed that the CarFax listed a recall and maintenance that needed to be done. I spoke to Price again and asked that those items be fixed, he assured me they would be done and to come out. We drove there again that same evening and of course he had lied again and none of the maintenance or recall issue had been fixed (We already had our financing done and secured through our credit union and were ready to purchase the vehicle the same night.) They were going to sell us a vehicle with a recalled airbag and lied about it being fixed! Fed up we left and again Price promised to make it right but has continuously failed on his promises and lied repeatedly. We escalated to the manager of the dealership Michael who was very arrogant and pompous, and acted like he was doing us a favor by selling us the car and did nothing to make the situation right. Note that we are well qualified buyers with great income and credit who already had our financing done through the credit union and were ready to buy. Stay far, far away from this place and purchase somewhere else that will value and appreciate you as a customer. Terrible experience, will stick with Park Place after this experience.

This really is an exceptional dealership. I got a nissan leaf from here about 2 months ago. Pat was my sales person and she was great, knowledgeable, and really made the process easy

I give Grubbs 5 of 5 for a few reasons. 1– I’ve purchased 3 vehicles with Grubbs (working on number 4) and those guys have made the car buying process as enjoyable as the process can be. 2– their sales team is so dedicated to a great customer experience, huge shout out to Jake Taylor, he is one of the kindest and consultative sales professionals I’ve ever interacted with. 3– they make the magic happen. If you think you may not be able to afford your dream car, give them a chance to try make it work. 4– their service to Grubbs vehicle owners is second to none. 5– Don’t be afraid to be a loyal buyer. Customer loyalty goes a long way with the Grubbs family. This is why I’ve personally taken a few of my friends to Grubbs to purchase their vehicles. I have confidence that my friends are in good hands.
My best advice to anyone purchasing a car anywhere is to establish contact with the sales manager and/​or finance director first and foremost. By having them involved, you can cut down on a lot of the back and forth.

I have bought my Q50 from this dealership, and let me tell you it was amazing experience. Sales person name Alvin was the person who was helping me. He was very nice and professional. He got us exactly what we wanted. I recommend this dealership to everyone.

My husband just officially purchased my 2016 QX70 Sport from Grubbs Infiniti! From sales to finance, Jack, Marcus, Stewart and Heather were a great team during the purchasing process. I was skeptical about crossing the state line (Louisiana) looking for my vehicle of choice. Once I drove here along with my husband, the dealership was amazing! I wish there were another five stars because in my opinion this dealership deserves a 10 out of five. I was very skeptical going to a big dealership and since my experience at Crest Infiniti that was less than spectacular I ventured to Grubbs with a sour taste in my mouth. In between the two dealerships I stopped off at a couple of smaller car lots where the pressure was high but the car is priced aggressively. When I showed up a Grubbs I was met by Peter Idusogie with a genuine smile and a firm handshake. This guy was looking to make a friend and not a sale — he got both. After test driving two cars we agreed on a price and while the negotiation was a bit typical of a car dealership experience, my trust level and confidence in Peter was such that it was actually enjoyable and having the opportunity to talk to Chris Stiles, the new car sales director my decision was made. This was only the start of a great relationship and as long as I’m driving an Infiniti this will be my place. Not the deepest of discounts, but the fact that I was purchasing a low mileage vehicle with only one owner and a pristine record, I do not have anything to complain about.
Jack Newton helped me with financing even though I had come to the dealership with what I felt was the best rate possible. Jack spent 45 minutes with me and found a lower rate for which I’m grateful. I will be returning to purchase the extended warranty and hold in high regard the advice of these individuals.
I returned to the dealership after driving the car two days feeling a slight vibration in the steering wheel while breaking. I was immediately routed to Dana, in the service department who took my car turned the rotors, washed wax and vacuumed it provided a second key, and the cord necessary for smart phone connection without question and without charge.
Every conversation and every relationship I have established with this dealership is genuine and all points to people who believe that they should treat others as they themselves would like to be treated. I think it’s called the Golden rule, and each of these individuals went above and beyond to make our experience excellent. I strongly recommend if you want a good car buying experience you ask only for Peter Idusogie — this guy has a heart of gold and a genuine quest to help people and to educate them through the process. Don’t use GPS to get you here. Lol. You’ll end up at the airport or over in Euless if you’re not paying attention.
Service team is really quick. Needed a state inspection and it only took 22 minutes. Beyond reasonable.

An amazing facility and great service!

I needed an oil change and tire rotation, as I’ve been traveling profusely and admittedly have been neglecting my QX80. I called the day before, and even though they were booked, Dana squeezed me in.
The hospitality didn’t end there. I mentioned i was pressed for time, so they really hustled. They offered a loner car, which i used to go duh a few errands. I spent a few minutes at the dealership, and i found them thoroughly enjoyable while i sipped an ice cold diet coke with lime croon their coke freestyle fountain machine.
When my car was pulled up, i realized that they managed to wash, wax, and detail the interior. I WILL NEVER GET MY CAR SERVICED AT ANY OTHER DEALERSHIP. Hands down the best experience I’ve ever had dealing with car issues of any kind. Bravo, Grubbs, Bravo.

Super nice salesmen & I love their waiting room which is stocked w fruit, nuts, nutrition bars, bagels, cereal, cookies and various types of drinks. Free wifi and a wall of TV’s. Now here come the huge BUT:
Took them 4 – 5 hours to seal the deal and write up the paper work to sell us our new car! Sales guy Gino is super nice but does not return phone calls or remember to get back w me when he says he will. I am now here to get my spare key made and was told it would take them 30 minutes to get to me as I had several people ahead of me. This sounded reasonable until we hit the hour wait mark which then I was told would be another 10 minutes. WRONG! I have now been here 1 hr and 45 minutes!!!
Long story short, the customer service is on vacation mode. Best not be in a hurry if you come in for service. Zzzzzz

I’ve bought three cars from Grubbs, my first two were preowned, but recently with the help of Todd Blackwell and the sales team, I was able to get into my first Infiniti. Their hospitality is top notch, and I always feel valued as a customer when I’m there for service. Their new dealership is also amazing with amenities that exceed some of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed at!

In my mind all dealerships treat you well through the buying experience. What matters is how they react if there are any questions/​concerns/​or problems after you have left their building. They assure you they sell top quality cars, and buying from Grubbs is different than buying from a small dealership that has may have better prices.
My buying experience was fine. Since then, I have tried reach various individuals who will not call or email back.
I will not use them again, due to their lack of following up on anything or even responding to a problem. Don’t be impressed by their facilities, they will neglect you if you need anything.

I have been working with Joey (internet manager) on the purchase of my SUV. Amazing service and people! This dealership is built right the first time. This is the perfect mode for service delivery and building quality. You feel at Ease here and they take excellent care of you no mater what!

Over two hours (and still waiting) for an oil change and a tire replacement (nail in sidewall). And this is their ‘Express’ Service.

Our experience at Grubbs Infiniti was a mixed bag. Matt Smith our salesman was considerate and helped us with all our needs.
However, the finance manager is another story. Brent Saulters tried to charge us a higher interest rate even though we have excellent credit for a promotion they are running. Then even lied to us when we questioned him. Be careful, this guy is shady and only cares about making money for himself and not about customer service.

I would not recommend buying from Grapevine — Grubbs Infiniti. For us, all the fears of being promised one thing only to then be told something different were realized. My main complaint was a lack of response from the staff and zero response from General Sales Manager, Wes Hays. A simple, we didn’t do a great job and we promise to do better would have sufficed. Instead, little to no response from the higher ups at Grubbs. Here is my story:
My wife and I purchased a Pre-​Owned 2015 Qx80 on Friday 10÷30÷15. To simplify matters and avoid financing issues we brought a cashier’s check for the appropriate amount. As I sat with the business manager, Joey Edwards, we discussed interest rates. He explained about a promotion where the rate would be 1.99%. He reached into a folder and showed me the promotional form. I told him I was interested and he said to just send in the application, he made it sound very easy. At no time did he mention a dead-​line. So far so good, my wife and I drove away happy with a great experience. Monday 11÷2÷15 I sent an email at 3:25pm to verify the correct information he needed. I did not receive a response, but went ahead and sent in the application. Joey Edwards responded at 5:33pm saying «Hi Matt — sorry for the delayed response. The 1.9 was an October incentivized rate — can’t get that rate as of today». That was it, no other options, no sorry I didn’t explain the deadline better, nothing!
Again, at no time did he mention a deadline. Not when I sat in his office or when I sent him the first email at 3:25pm. Either time would have avoided probably corrected the situation. Not to mention the application took less than 5 minutes to fill out. I could have completed it as I sat in his office on Friday.
I was frustrated and upset. I emailed back expressing my disappointment and asking for the promotional literature. A day went by with no response. We reached out to our salesman who was great through the entire process, Price Clark. Eventually a day later I received a call from Marc McWhorter. He apologized for Joey Edwards not knowing the promotional deadline. It actually wasn’t 10÷31÷5 but 11÷2÷15. Marc casually told me that my application came in too late on Monday. He said that they received it at 4:24pm and did not have enough time to process it. He didn’t specify what time would have been acceptable. I was shocked! First, I was never told of a deadline until it was too late. Not when I sat with Joey or when I emailed him at 3:25pm Monday. Second, I had unwittingly sent my application in prior to the deadline. But, was told it wasn’t early enough. My application was dismissed for being late even though it wasn’t.
Overall, I understand miscommunication happens. But when a mistake has clearly happened I think more than a shrug of the shoulders is appropriate. Joey Edwards knew I fully expected he could deliver on what he said. Otherwise, I wouldn’t have bothered sending in the application. He incorrectly thought the promotion had ended 10/​31, but gave me a one line response saying sorry. No other options were presented, again just a shrug of the shoulders. Marc McWhorter got involved and stated that Joey had the deadline wrong, but my application was too late at 4:24pm. Another shrug of the shoulders and dismissal. I asked for Marcs supervisor and was given a two word emailed response «Wes Hays».
I looked at their website to find Wes is the Sales General Manager. I sent Wes Hays a detailed email explaining my complaints. A week later I still had no response from Wes or anyone else. The utter lack of professionalism was absurd. To intentionally not address complaints is asinine.
I would advise to get all promises in writing. Do not trust a handshake smile. Then be prepared if something goes wrong to not get any response.
