Filthy, poorly run, need to sharpen up on your espanol before attempting a drive thru order. It’s been bad, but today was a new low, and my last visit here. A swarm of Mosquitos in the dining area, a kitchen that looks filthy and unorganized, a fryer full of oil in the walkway, and water dripping from an air vent onto a food prep area. Legionaries or Malaria may be a bonus in their future. I’m contacting the county health dept and OSHA next week.

Food here is what you expect from any fast food joint. This place was a ghost town yet there was no one to take my order for a while; seem like the«cook» didn’t speak English & yelled to someone to come by. A lady was clocking out or in but was not able to assist me; seem like a manager(wearing different color shirt) assisted me. I have ordered the sourdough jack with side of jalapeño poppers. It took them 10mins to take — their motto is «We don’t make it till you order it» well they kept that but it seem like my sourdough jack was already made before my jalapeño poppers so the burger was cold. I went to inform any employee’s but no one showed up(seem like only 1 or 2 people worked there) I ate my food and left unsatisfied due to service. I will probally be back because I like sourdough jack but I may just take it to-go to make sure my burger is not cold.

TLDR: Doesn’t get your order wrong, hot food, greeted with a smile. 4 stars for now because so far they haven’t mistaken my order. I haven’t actually stepped into the place, but I’m afraid if I step into any fast food restaurant and take a gander at what’s behind the cashier, I would immediately stop eating there so… The fries are always hot, soft drinks taste fine… Maybe I’m just lucky from the other Unilocal’ers but I’ve never had a bad experience here. The employees seem to be happy in their working environment, so I wouldn’t expect any special ingredient extras in your food either. Only get drive thru here but as always, I’ll leave my fast food quote: Ignorance is bliss; bliss makes grease taste better.

The people are very nice and the food is prepared fresh. The only complaints I have is that it is always too cold and they make small mistakes because of communication issues.

Received cold fries and cold tacos plus the dr pepper tasted horrible. Then when I said something about the tacos I received more cold tacos two more times and was told they were fresh. Thanks to corporate for making things a bit better with offering to send a few gift cards and a letter but I want HOT food not stuff that’s sat around. Bah, only reason I give two stars is because it’s usually decent food but the service today was crap.

OK, it is when it says it is. This place is good when you are tore up from the floor up & you just need some greasy goodness to get you by. How can you go wrong with the Jumbaco? The staples have remained the same for so long 2 tacos for .99 pow pow. So rustle up that change your pockets buried under lint. Get yourself a little of this and a little of that to get you through the tough times. You can’t go wrong with that Big Texas cheeseburger. It is Big and we are in Texas so support that like you do the state fair. Go ahead stop reading, put your pants back on and head for the drive thru.

I usually only hit up Jack in the Box when I’m desperately hungry and it’s really late. The food is acceptable, but nothing really special. They were doing well for a while, but at the time of this writing you can barely understand anyone over the drive-thru speaker(«Welcome to Yackinnabox») and they’ve messed up my order several times lately. To be fair, they’ve quickly resolved those situations. If you need a quick desert, their shakes are VERY good(all flavors). If you’re on a diet, stay away.
