Mike Davis – State Farm Insurance Agent

I’ve been with SF since 1990 and with Mike Davis since 2004. I change vehicles more often than most people and Mike and his staff are a pleasure to deal with. I usually deal with Kim and she is just great. I think I am a pest but she doesn’t seem to mind :-)

I have been a customer at Mike Davis State Farm since the late 1980’s. Service is always excellent. My personal contact there, Anita, goes above and beyond to take care of my needs. Have continued to use this office even though I haven’t lived in Grapevine since 1992.

I am a Grapevine resident. People should understand that the small businesses in Grapevine are the lifeblood of our community. There is absolutely no incentive for our town’s business owners to mistreat consumers and I’ve never experienced poor service at franchises or Ma and Pa stores. First class service is the hallmark of how business is done here. This business is a MAJOR supporter of our schools and I applaud their best efforts.

Absolutely terrible. I’ve never had so many issues with a company before. Maybe it’s just State Farm in general and not this particular location, which is why I gave it two stars, as most of the people here are relatively friendly.
Many of my family members have been long-​time customers with State Farm, so I figured I would stick with them. I can’t imagine what has persuaded them to stay with this horrid company.
Whenever a problem arises (which is pretty much every time I get a bill) I have to go through so much effort to get them to figure out what is going on and explain or fix it, e.g. why my payments are constantly increasing every month for no reason (when I first started the costs were wildly fluctuating, sometimes doubling… now they’re just at a ridiculous rate which seems to be slowly going up).
I’ve been getting heckled constantly since I temporarily moved for the summer to study in another state (even though I TOLD THEM about it) and then they decided to REMOVE my insurance on my permanent residence which is A REQUIREMENT for living in that complex! So, without my permission, they dropped my coverage!
EDIT: I’ve increased my review to 3 stars. I was in a small accident and they were relatively helpful, so it was a pleasurable experience.
