One Specialty is the worst company I have ever worked with. They were very expensive and didn’t seem to know what they were doing when they design and installed our landscaping. A 2 week project took over one year to complete. We still have dead plants that have obviously not thrived in the environment that they were planted in. A lot of turnover with employees. The owner never takes responsibility for the problems. Not only that, he charged me $ 3000.00 extra to add dirt along one side of my house so that I wouldn’t have an issue with water coming in my house. I never had an issue with water coming in until he did that. Now that room has had water damage twice since then. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy!

We hired David and ONE Specialty to do our patio and we couldn’t be more pleased and impressed. They removed a tree and the roots (that were trying to grow into the foundation), leveled, tiled and installed three drainage pipes that corrected the flooding that had been occurring. They were able to offer tile samples that blended with the tile in our pool and completed the job in just 4 days. We love our patio now!
