If you’re looking for fast timely customer service. Please don’t go into a sprint location. They put their own sales associate on hold for at least 1 hour. I’m here at the store for the 3rd time in 3 weeks due to poor service and lack of reception and internet speed. The associates have to call the help line then have you sit here waiting on hold until someone answers for at minimum 1 hour. This is not a new thing with sprint and they all have the same issues. No improvements have been made at all. Got to cricket or metro at least they give you value for your $$.
