Love the super tacos & this used to be my regular lunch stop. I’m always treated well by the staff and the food is always tasty. My only complaint is that I think the staff gets a bonus for the amount of ice they use in their drinks. Filled to the rim with ice. Sounds like a silly thing to complain about, but when when it’s 105 degrees outside, I want more than 4 sips out of a $ 2 large soda from the drive-through. 3⁄5

I’ll start by saying the food here is very good. As far as fast food Mexican goes, it is heads and tails above several of its competitors. We needed a late dinner tonight, and my husband suggested Taco Casa. I remembered a previous visit when it was kind of late and the employees had very reluctantly served us while commenting about is being the last customers for the evening. A car pulled in while they were making our food, and that car was turned away. I remember thinking it seemed quite early for them to be closing and because of this I checked their website before venturing out tonight. Unilocal and, more importantly, the Taco Casa website both said the drive through was open until 11. I pulled in at 10:05, and nobody would even acknowledge me on the intercom. I waited for a minute then pulled through. There were employees inside who saw me, but nobody acknowledged me. After a few minutes I drove off. I’m now down the street in a line that’s a million miles long at the Taco Bell. There’s obviously demand for an extra hour Taco Casa. Beyond that, the treatment of employees twice at this location is unacceptable. Your company’s website should reflect your real hours. So disappointed.

Taco Tuesdays are packed but they handle it well. The line never takes to long and the food comes out really quickly. They do not skimp on the cheese either. Wish they had more sweets to chose from after eating so many tacos would like a variety of the sweetness. My one complaint is they only have one hot sauce. Go there

Used to be a regular but got tired of them having all 3 TVs turned to Fox news every time I went in. One visit I asked to have one turned to something else and was told no by an employee and then manager completely ignored me when I asked her. I’ll never go back.

Surprisingly good, simple fast-food Mexican restaurant. Excellent, non-saucy versions of Taco Bell’s fare: taco, soft taco, tostada, bean burrito, nachos. Skip the«supreme» levels of the items(all you get is tomatoes it appears) and you can nab a cheap, tasty lunch or dinner. We have Taco Casa nights at least once a week!

Save yourself the embarrassment. If your expectation is the same level of customer service that you get from the older –but, beloved, Taco Casa in Colleyville, again, save yourself the embarrassment. Today, I made a simple and banal request simply to modify my order and I got«okkkkaaaayyy,» «we don’t usually do that,» and«let me ask.» It’s like I asked for a Taco salad with everything separated on the side. Wait, they do that anyway normally. The same request made I made today –and have requested before in Colleyville gets, «okay,» «your total is…,» and«pull around…» I’ve gone to the Colleyville location forever and got used to the warm and accommodating atmosphere, I went to the Grapevine location –at their invite by text, and got embarrassed into recanting my request. Just something to think about. Food is okay, location is convenient, but even national chains, not based in Texas grant simple requests that are easier to accommodate than the order made as usual.

I love taco casa just as much as the next guy but please help me to understand why they can’t accept substitutions. I came in asking for a crispy fried flour tortilla for my tostada and the cashier said they wouldn’t do it. That if I wanted it then it’s basically a taco lite. I said, no I want a flat tortilla and she continued to suggest the taco lite. So that was a fail. Today, I ordered the taco lite and requested no meat because it’s Ash Wednesday. The girl agreed, good idea no meat. I asked for retried beans instead to replace the meat, she said they couldn’t do it. This place sucks in regards to substitutions. Is it the laziness??? Is it in this rule book to not honor substitutions? What’s the deal with this place? I think I’ll continue to ask for different things just to piss them off. I still love taco casa but help me to understand this on-going issue. Do other people feel this way? Curious? Enjoy!

Excellent taco Tuesday treat! There’s a lot that just feels different about this place. Like they only charge $ 1 for tea, half the price of soda. Seems like other places charge the same price. And they have an automatic sliding door coming in and out. Not to mention, their tacos are delicious with generous toppings and the meat tastes like 100% beef. We got our tacos quickly during prime lunch hours and are there. The restaurant was very clean! Definitely will come again!

As promised I am editing my review. On Saturday 4 days ago my family ate in Taco Casa and had problems with one staff person. I wrote my review and sent it to the owner. On Monday the owner call and apologize. She took care of the situation swiftly. We love Taco Casa so I am very pleased to know that the owner is involved with her store and cares enough to call customers. All the food we have received their has been great. Once again we are loyal customers.

I did not know anything about TACOCASA before moving to Texas. But I’m glad I gave them a shot. They are scores above taco Bueno and Taco Bell. Food is stuffed with meat and cheese just the way it should be. If you are looking for a good fresh meal Taco Casa is awesome. Casa is to Mexican what Chik fil a is to a good chicken sandwich. You won’t be disappointed.

I went to this location or the first time on Tuesday, 10 – 13, and then I went back on Thursday, 10⁄15. Fast, steady service through the driver thru and friendly, fast service in the dining area. The taco’s are cheap and good. I love that they COVER them with shredded cheese. I think I might go as far to say that I like them better than Bueno… and, that’s a big deal!

Of the fast food tacos available in Grapevine Taco Casa is by fare the best there is. Tacos, Burritos, Chalupa, Taco Salads & the Chill Burger, I like them all. They have always been clean and fast no matter what location or time of day I have visited over the years, something that can’t be said of the other places.

Pretty nice place! New and clean. The tacos are full of meat and cheese. Prices are really cheap and service is above expectations for a fast food joint. The food is fast too! Not sure if the food is better than Bueno but it’s close, cheaper and nicer facility. Goodbye Taco Bell!

So glad they decided to build one in Grapevine. Before I had to drive to Colleyville for their addictive tacos. I go once a week & they are never selfish with the cheese. Burritos are great too.
