Wells Fargo Bank

I’ll quickly preface this review by saying that I’m trying not to hold my growing irritation with WF against any particular branch, since my complaints are out of their scope. Despite my discontent with my banking issues, the Tom Thumb (Grapevine branch) gets a huge head start in the «like» department as a result of their being open until 7:00pm (Mon-​Fri) — which is, I’m told, the latest of any branch within several miles. Their main Grapevine (Main St.) branch closes at 5 or 6:00pm Monday through Friday.
This annex is quite small, but fully capable of servicing most banking issues from what I can tell. The line was three or four deep when I walked in, but I only waited about 5 minutes, and had to speak with a banker who was immediately available. A welcomed little bonus were the tasty sugar cookies made available for free for their customers.
My banker was efficient, professional, and answered my questions to my satisfaction. My past experiences with this branch have been similar, leading me to think that they are consistent.
As far as WF branches go, this one is top notch! :)
