Based in Grass Valley, we serve an hour radius of this area and can usually set appointments for within 24 hours. We are a prompt, caring, up-​to-​date practice that can attend to your animals at your farm or home! We offer cost effect options to best serve your animals and help you save money.

As a generalists, we focus on large animals (farm animals) but we also care for your ranch dogs and cats as well as those animals who cannot make a trip to see the vet.

History

Established in 2013.

ATFMVS was founded January 2013 by Dr. Michaela Yelle and was the realization of a life goal to have a mobile veterinary practice. Many thanks to all the family and friends who helped to make this dream a dream come true!

Business Owner

Michaela graduated from the UC Davis School of Veterinary Medicine in 2012 and has practiced veterinary medicine in Grass Valley since October 2012. She enjoys trail riding her 24 year old Arabian mare Kema as well as hiking and camping with her boyfriend Brian and their dog Cora. Michaela has also taken up East Coast Swing and Lindy Hop dancing again which has been a passion since high school.
